My second time here. Excellent service. A gentlemen named Que, waited on us. He is joyous, knowledgeable, and Kind. And he is extremely fair and a pleasure to work with. Make sure you goto this location in Centennial Hills. And tell Que I sent you. He makes Papa Murphy smile. Enjoy your pizza.

My online order placed 3 hours in advance was not ready at the pickup time. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for my order. Unacceptable for an establishment that isn't even cooking the pizzas.

We ordered 8 pizzas online and even though they were slammed busy with orders, our pizzas were ready before we arrived! Q gave us amazing customer service, had me and the other customers laughing, and even helped me carry the pizzas out to my car. Pizzas tasted great and were 100% correct even with all our customizations!

Ordered on line showed up 20 minutes after order and it was not ready and that was fine but a customer walked in and ordered directly and the staff took care of him before they even started my pizza that was ordered 20 minutes earlier! Unacceptable!! They were also out of a major topping at 7 pm at night. Owner take a look.

The reason overall leaving a low review is the fact ordered online for a pickup at 4:30pm. Was running late and thought that order would be ready by the time I got there at 4:50pm. No it wasn’t ready and when I expressed my frustration blamed it on a large order that someone had just put in and that the shift before did not leave them prepared for the night shift. I can’t wait for the one on Craig Rd to open back up because this has never happened at that location.

For convenience (attempting to avoid the Centennial area), we were previously getting our pies at a different location. That location closed, and we started coming to this location. Staff has always been friendly. Pizzas are made better here than the other location. We even had an issue with a pizza that was incorrectly made... They corrected it quickly and without hesitation. We're fans of the Classic Italian.

I was a regular customer here for months, for both pick up and delivery orders. When in store, they were always training new people, the wait was always long and the people who worked there were very curt and seemed very unhappy. Picking up was never a friendly or welcoming experience, but you deal with it for food you like.I started getting delivery from them to avoid going to the location and for each one there were little mistakes that we let go. Sauce when we asked for no sauce, no extra pepperoni when we paid for it etc. But a couple weeks ago they actually sent me the wrong pizza all together. When I called they told me the only option was to bring the pizza back, they apologised and blamed it on the person they were training and but when I asked them to credit my account in some way for next time, they said they would contact me when they weren't training new people and took my number down. They never called back.Today I called and spoke with the rudest lady, with the worst attitude, whose manager had "Just stepped out". She refused to even take my number to check the account and told me that its take and bake and its as is. She then told me I had the wrong location, without even knowing my address or my phone number. You have lost a loyal customer. I will give you a negative review on every platform that I can.

Que'Shawn is an amazing employee, and I just wanted to come on here to give him a much-needed shout-out; the last two times I visited here, he was slammed to the walls with customers and online orders, and he huffed it extra-hard both nights to make sure everyone was served - and served well. Amazing employee, just can't say enough about how awesome this guy has been. I also want to add a shout-out for Aaron, who was on the shift this evening, too - also a super-friendly and helpful employee :) I really love this location!

so I placed an order with Papa Murphy's on a Saturday afternoon ordered from the Henderson location in Las Vegas. There was nothing stating that the food delivery was through Uber eats. The order was 10 minutes late for the driver to pick it up. I ordered a salad, a pizza and meatballs got no dressing with my salad. I also ordered a 2 L of 7-Up and got Pepsi and the Uber driver in for me that they were two young kids that act like they didn't care, I won't be ordering from them ever again oh and the crust was crooked on the pizza, more crest on one side than the other

The absolute best take and bake pizza in town, always ready to pickup on time when I arrive. Don't forget to get some urbal cheese to sprinkle on the pizza, so good.

Placed an order online for 3 pizzas, inside was clean the pizzas were ready to pick up upon arrival. The pizzas were flimsy so holding three was a little nerve racking. Suggest when ordering large quantity bring a box or a catering bag to make sure the pizzas aren't smashed together or possibly drop them. As for the pizzas nice sizes family size is pretty big we fed only 5 of us with 3 pizzas had tons of left overs. I'm thinking next time instead of a family size pizza and two larger just getting 3 mediums which should be a perfect amount to feed 5 people. Herb Chicken Mediterranean Pizza: $19.99 family dove was good I think pesto instead of olive oil and garlic as a base would have made the pizza 10/10Pepperoni: large $12.99Thin crust was very thin like eating a cracker I actually liked it wished there was more pepperoni but I know that pepperoni is oily when you cook so maybe to not sog up the thin layer of crust maybe that's why they have a small amount of pepperoni.Hawaiian: large $13.99Large slices of Canadian Bacon awesom appreciate that little pieces (small cubes) of pineapple. The pizza was good but I felt like you could t tell you were eating a Hawaiian pizza maybe because the pineapple pieces were super tiny and not very many pieces were on the pizza so it just was bland tasting. We also got a code that was texted to us 30% off which actually made us say yeah that sounds good!and placed an online order. Baking is super easy too, because the round piece the pizza is made on is oven safe so you just unwrap the cellophane wrap (plastic wrap) and straight into the preheated oven set your Alexa for the required time and voilà!!!!

I waited a whole week (ordered on 8 August 23) before I wrote this terrible service up on 8.15.23. Why? I wanted to try and give the location the benefit of the doubt. I just could not feel any sympathy. Management needs to know this crew needs serious training that Customer Service is job one!!Worst service on 8.8.23 from this location Papa Murphy's at 5655 Centennial Blvd Unit 130 in years. The female associate did not know that my husband was outside of the location - arriving @ 2:27PM. My husband asked a male associate leaving the store @ 2:53 and told my husband that our order was just being finished up. Our order was supposed to be ready at 2:51PM. Should be ready in a couple of minutes. When I called the location to get status on our order at 2:55PM , the female associate said it would be at least 15 minutes before our order was done possibly longer. The female associate told me that Tuesday is the busiest day of the week and they had numerous orders. There were four people who picked up orders for a total of 8 pizzas between 2:27PM and 3:10PM. Lying associates and the associate not knowing we have an actual witness causes us as normal consumers. When our order was delivered at 3:10PM, the male associate advised after dropping both Calzones on the passenger front seat, they have no labels for the cooking instructions. If we needed cooking instructions, ingredients or any other information we should go to the website. There was another customer who went into the store at 2:34 to check on his order. This customer came out with a disgusted look on his face. He returned at 2:55 PM and checked each of the three pies he had ordered. Two extremely, frustrated customers in a span of 30 minutes. If Tuesday is your busiest day, why do you have two 'SLUGS' working in your store location? Next time I want a pizza pie - Papa Murphy's at 5655 Centennial Blvd Unit 130 will probably not be my first choice. If I wanted speed to include a cooked pizza, there are many other pizzeria locations in our area.Bottom-line - THE TOTAL EXPERIENCE + SERVICE TRULY SUCKED. DEFINITELY NOT A FAN!
