Nice cafe with friendly customer service. The cafe itself is open and airy. The tinted windows add to the chill ambience. The strawberry matcha latte is a perfect blend of both strawberry and matcha without one overpowering the other. Would recommend :)

They won't allow any substitutions to the "recipes" of the drinks anymore. No milk alternatives anymore, so I'm out. I explained I am allergic to dairy and they didn't care. It's too bad. Otherwise a great spot. Hopefully they'll reverse this absurd and ignorant policy choice. My croissant tasted burnt and hard. I've been coming for months and lately the staff seems stressed and the vibe is different.

Strawberry matcha latte was good, i like that they put a generous amount of matcha . Also they offer to try out the drink and if i didn’t like it, then im not compelled on buying it. How cool is that! ??

The drinks are delicious and the Dustino is a personal favorite but your hot drinks are not served hot. I’ve come here multiple times and without fail it’s served very luke warm at best. Please serve hot drinks hot. If I get an extra shot it’s somehow colder

Tasted delicious and had the right amount of ratio to sweetness and caffeine concentrate.Service: The service was impeccable. The staff will allow you to try a beverage and will change the item if you do not like it. The staff is super friendly.Ambiance: Great for studying and/or socializing. I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I always order the Vietnamese coffee Phin style with an extra shot, and it is soooo good. I'm a huge coffee drinker, and their coffee is strong! It gets me through the whole day. I love how they ask you to try it before you leave. If it's not to your liking, they will remake it for you. Every single time I've been there, I NEVER had it remade. Perfect every time!

I found a new coffee shop in the southwest. It's pretty good. Perfect customer service and excellent coffee. I really enjoyed their coffee.I'll definitely come back for a different taste.

So we stumbled on this place only because the place next to it was closed. Once we walked in to this place we were happy the other place was closed. Such a cool place with awesome service. We had the matcha tea wick was amazing. Can't wait to go back and try their other drinks.

My friends and I were supposed to stop by a different coffee shop but they happened to close early. While disappointed at first, it gave us the opportunity to find this gem on Yelp. I'm so happy when an unfortunate situation turns into an unexpectedly lovely outcome! The ambiance is cool and decor is beautiful. The shop was busy with so many people hanging out. There were a ton of tables and all of them were occupied which is great for them & says a lot! I asked for a recommendation and was told to try the Phin style Vietnamese coffee with the sea salt cream on top. It was phenomenal! I loved the sweetness of the coffee with the contrasting sea salt. Combined they are perfection. If you're needing a "wake-me-up" this drink will definitely do the trick. I also loved their customer service! All the staff was so friendly ANDDD they ask you to try your drink to ensure you are satisfied or they can exchange or alter to your liking before purchasing! They certainly earned my business & definitely be back!

They never fail at all locations. I always go to the one in Garden Grove and this place hit just the spot as well. I got the large coconut coffee and it was so delicious and refreshing. The coffee was stronger and the coconut was sweeter than the other location. The service was amazing and the inside is so spacious. The parking is easy as well.
