Excellent authentic Vietnamese food. Just moved here from Denver and we scored finding this spot. As authentic as they come. You know it's the real spot when it's full of Vietnamese families everytime I've even here.
Vietnamese food is so much more than Pho, and Pho Thanh has a great selection to choose from. The star of the show for me definitely has to be the Bun Bo Hue. The bbh broth was clean, rich, and umami. The bowl was filled with lots of meats, the blood jello is my fave. Sounds a little exotic but when done right, gives the best texture addition.
