Food was decent. Service was terrible. Took 30 mins to get drinks, an hour to get food, another 30 mins to get all the food (forgot one person's order completely), no drink refills (we're there for 2 hours) charged for items we didn't order, charges the wrong card, no manager on staff had to call the manager so we could wait (still waiting 20 mins later) for someone to come down to fix the charges. Stay far away!

Waited 30 minutes to be seated, it was a very busy night so that was okay. We then waited an hour and 15 minutes to get our food, that we never actually got because our server Ivan didn’t bring it out or it wasn’t ready, I’m unsure but everyone around us, including people who walked in after us were already deep into their meal or completely done eating and leaving as we were walking out of the door. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME. Two hours that I cannot get back!

When we walked in the greeter/hostess was great! He made me feel welcomed. However, I did not like the way our server kept coming to us with an attitude about our party arrival. She made me felt rushed and uncomfortable. Then a new server UREE came and took our order. He was nice and polite. What bothered me is that when we asked for crab crackers he had no idea what we were talking about and then he brought us scissors, dirty scissors. The flavor was not the best. I would advise going somewhere else with better service and food quality.

We came to the one on Rainbow for the first time and it was on a Sunday early afternoon. It was two of us and we waited 30min to be sat down. I think there was only 1 waitress and the food did not have enough seasoning in the bag it was super bland but had a lot of butter. The sausages seemed like it wasn’t cooked long enough it was just bad. I usually like pier 88 on spring mountain but this one wasn’t good at all.

The food was good and the service was great. The price was very reasonable. The only complaint I would have is the sauce, I wish it was a little thicker and it's very lightly seasoned. I ordered additional sauce. However I will definitely be returning.

I dinned in here food was great server excellent service, I’d tip her anytime. The General manager “ Yumi”they claimed it to be and this one African American girl who looks bi racial has very Nasty attitudes. So I tipped 20dollars in cash to my server Jamina I believe her name was, anywho I was also charged and additional 20dollars on my debit card which I don’t care about the 40 dollar tip it’s the principle problem is I INLY TIPOED 20 that was CASH NO NEED TO TAKE IT FROM MY ACCOUNT WITH NO CONSENT. The two rude women hung up in my face twice told me to call my bank in which I did!! When contacting the restaurant to resolve the issue so if this is how this money hungry place does business I don’t want it….

Also I hope this is his name but Josh as well! Another who goes above and beyond to give great customer service no matter how busy it is. & always with a smile !! All in all my favorite place to eat.
