Atmosphere here and service were excellent. Oso bucco was great, and pasta tasted fresh, but that's where it ended. Sunday gravy pasta tasted like boxed Ronzoni from the store. For the price, my pasta should be fresh, not boxed. While it was still not horrible, it was not what I would come to expect from a dish at a fine dining establishment. Pasta dishes that cost 30 bucks that I can make at home for 8. Pass on Pieros and head to Capos for more authenticity.

Absolutely enjoyed this spot. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Old school Vegas vibe!! They allowed us to bring in tons of balloons ? put us in a corner booth and provided us the space to celebrate my God Son’s special day.

Ordered their signature dish, the osso buco, and it was very underwhelming. The pasta was not good and did not pair well with the veal shank. Just a watery mess of a dish.The veal parm was decently good. Very tender and a generous portion, but very one note and heavy. I'd recommend this over the osso buco.Service was average. Starter bread was hot, fresh, and delicious.

It was absolutely wonderful. From the time you walk in, until you walk out, you're in a wonderful place. Our waiter, Johnny, shared great stories, and was very attentive to what we wanted. The food was delicious...the "Trash Caesar" is a must have! Whatever you order, it will be delicious.

This was our second time here and the GM, Billy, made sure it was an experience to remember. The food was incredible, fried mozzarella- off the charts. The service crew led by John was on top of our every need. The intimate booth was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. Finally, I have to give a shout-out to the young man that pre-bussed our table and loves his job, it shows and you do an excellent job.

A fun Italian experience off of the strip. The staff were authentic and fun. They seemed to enjoy their jobs. The service was quicker, and recommendations were made. The food was delicious. The portions were large. I could have shared my entree with another person, but we did have appetizers, too. It is a little loud, which is to be expected in the atmosphere. From start to finish, it was one of the best dinners I have while in Vegas. I would recommend visiting Pieros.
