Recently ordered pizza, pasta, bread sticks, and dessert from the value menu for National Pizza Day from this location. Due to the amount of food, I allowed for extra time before picking up my order. Staff was prompt, order was correct, and everything was ready to go on time when I picked up. Food was really good, too -- I had not tried the baked pasta, garlic cheese bread sticks, and chocolate donuts before, but I was pleasantly surprised! I do miss the thick, greasy, crispy crust of pan pizza from way back in the day, but things change, and Pizza Hut pizza is still a winner. The new garlic cheese bread sticks were sooooooo good! I could eat those all day!

Although we spent 52 minutes on hold with the call service, we ended up just going into the physical location and picking up our pizza. JJ was beyond great and very understanding. He definitely made it up to us.

I hadn't learned the meaning of bowl cramps and diarrhea until I ordered from here last night.. seriously, I write this as I'm writhing in pain in my bathroomfood arrived hot and on time, and I thank pizza hut for doing inhouse delivery rather than door dash. crust was a little tough.
Worse experience by date or service. I place my order and I wait and drive to do curbside. I check in and they ignore you and don't even answer the phone. I walk in even though my legs hurt and my order isn’t ready and 3 people are still waiting.

It seems like they only had one worker doing everything, it took forever just to pickup my online order. She kept disappearing into the back when there was a huge line of people waiting. Pizza was like cardboard with hardly any sauce. This Pizza Hut is trash and I won’t be coming back.

Just picked up my food, I should've checked it first because I paid extra for cheese sticks in the big dinner box and they just have break sticks. Crazy how often an order gets messed up. It really not difficult to read a ticket and make the proper item. I'll stick with dominoes.
