Very rude staff. We went it inside to order, went straight to the counter, John Stevens (I'm guessing he is the manager) walked in from the kitchen, I said "Hi" he looked at me no response and looked back away. Didn't even acknowledge us. We waited few minutes if a cashier will come out, he came out again saying "so are you ready?" We asked how big is the medium square pizza from the big dinner box? He said "medium square" and we asked again, yeah but how big like how many inches, he replied: "medium square" with a raised rude tone of voice. We said can we see atleast how big is the box, so we could decide if we're gonna order 2. He went in with a big sigh showing his upset, went back to show 2 boxes, dropping one of the boxes on the floor, I asked so which one is which, he rudely said, "this is the big dinner box!" We ordered one. When our order is done, he just put the order on the counter without saying anything, we thought it wasn't ours because there are few people picking up online orders, he looked at us like "what are you waiting for"? Very very bad service.

Place a online order. The food was fantastic it's the special instructions they got lost on. 4 20z Root beers, and for the pizza to be cut into squares. We'll go back and try again. Sometimes miss takes happen.
This Friday I ordered ten pizzas from this place, they told me that my order was going to be ready between 11 and eleven thirty, my order was ready until twelve forty. I call them To find out what time I was going to receive my order and they told me that the guy who made the deliveries had not arrived yet . my pizza arrived around 12:40 cold and I only received nine pizzas out of 10 .The guy had to go back for one more pizza and it lasted half an hour longer, I definitely don't recommend it. Really bad service
Very bad experience!! Order 10 pizzas paid for them after an hour and half of not getting my pizzas called them and told them I will pick them up to make things faster they said ok. I drove all the way there for them to tell me oh the driver is on his way to deliver your pizza. Drove back to find out he delivered 9 cold pizzas.. he said sorry I will be back with the other one. Came back with the wrong pizza!!!. Yes I did ask for my money back before all this. But no they didn’t do it. Instead they offered me 5$ discount. This place is a joke.. save yourself a bad experience don’t go there…….bad service, bad management, very inresponsable and unprofessional…

I love pizza hut , but they butchered my order last night, they over cooked and burned my thin crust order, the regular pizza was fine , next time I will make sure they pay more attention to my order so they don't cook a thin crust the same as a regular tossed crust. Still love them,
