Went to pick up an online order 15 minutes after it was ready thinking it was plenty of time only to find out that they forgot to make one of the pizzas. The guy who was checking me out didn’t apologize. I asked if there was anything they can do to fix their mistake since it would take another 15-20 minutes, his response was simply “well, it has to be made”. Placed an order online and was quoted 15-25 min. Looks like there is 1 guy working cuz I waited in the lobby for about 10 min before someone even appeared. It's been 25 min since I ordered and he said my pizza is just going in the oven. This place needs to get more staff, there's several customers waiting.

Pizza arrived in good time but could of been cook longer and pizza was little cold when it got to the house kids didn’t enjoy it so that’s sad but overall Pizza Hut use to be super good they needs to do better especially for their pizza prices!
