The pizza I picked up should have never been put in a box. I should have known that something wasn't right when they just handed me the pizza and walked off, when they usually open it and show it to you. When I opened it up at home I have to say I couldn't believe that this is what they gave me. The pizza was burnt in spots, uncooked in others and the toppings were burnt and dried up. I don't understand how they would give this out. If this was their order would they be ok with the quality of this pizza. Who trains these people?Parking: There's parking in the front and side of this Pizza Hut.

Food was burnt and extremely cold. Chicken looked like someone picked through it. I asked for the garlic butter on the crust but you can tell it wasn’t added. Was on hold for over an hour and it hung up. Can’t get anyone on the phone. Tracker was a joke. Said it delivered days ago. It kept saying the driver was 3 minutes away for 20 minutes. I need a refund. My family is not eating this.

I ordered from this location about a year ago and Today March 8, 2024 I remember why I hated their service the first time and will NEVER order from this location again. My first experience: I received someone else order completely and their order cost way less than what I ordered. Calling them do not help because they never pick up their phone. When you call your not calling the store you’re calling their call center but even after being transferred the actual store does not pick up. Today experience: I just never got my order at all. It said it was delivered but I got nothing. I even looked around to see if it was at someone else’s door but nope. I called from 3 phones at the same time and I was on hold for 1hr and 16 minutes by that time I had ordered from Domino’s and everybody was done eating and they still hadn’t answered the phone. Their service sucks. I will now be disputing the over $70 transaction.

The amount of toppings on their pizzas has been reduced dramatically. I had a large pepperoni, sausage and mushroom. I actually counted only eight slices of mushroom, ten pieces of sausage, and fifteen slices of pepperoni. This has happened the last three times.We won’t be back.

Make it short a employee blew his nose and turned back around and kept making pizza's and yes he was sick nasty ..
I've come to this Pizza Hut location several times to pick up food and the enployees are nice but yesterday as I walked in this guy employee I've never seen before didn't do a simple greeting and he straight up asked if I was picking up in a serious tone and he has this serious ugly look on his face like I was bothering him! If you don't like your job then leave or fix your attitude!

They sent me chocolate chip cookies that were so burnt. Not edible ... even the top was completely burnt somebody didn't care and sent them to me anyways. I wish I could show pic
