I will not order from this Pizza Hut again. My pizza was missing the green peppers. The app said my pizza would be ready at 7:30 pm. I got there right on time! Guess what, I got a warm pizza!! I filled out the email survey the next day. Put down what have happened. I even posted a photo of part of the pizza. Nobody from the store contacted me. Very bad customer service. Would rather order from "Domxxxx" next time.

This was probably the worst pizza I’ve ever ordered from this location.. they frequently forget items and normally have to come back and redeliver them but today was probably my last time ordering this location.. the pizza didn’t look properly cut at all and my wing boxes were damaged. Not even going to eat this pizza. I’m going to make them come back and pick it up and get refunded.. this is unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. I was on hold for 45 minutes to cancel my order. Regretfully, I tipped them 20% to receive nothing at all. The 1-800 # had the same concept. They could only take my information and escalate it to high management when I only wanted my money refunded. It's such a disappointment being treated so poorly.

It was Super Bowl Sunday, I placed an online order for a pizza and wings for a 5:00pm pickup two hours prior, but it was not ready. In fact, when I walked into make my pickup, it was mayhem in that store. Tons of people, including myself, were complaining because their orders were not ready. The staff was absolutely clueless about what they were doing. They would jump from one complaint to another without fixing the issues. As it was approaching 5:30pm, I finally asked to speak to the manager, who himself looked like he was not prepared to take on the mad Super Bowl rush. I have no idea who staffed this store, but it was an absolute disaster. There was zero leadership and zero initiative. Finally, the manager gave me a stuffed crust pizza in place of my regular pizza, because making a new pizza would have taken to long, and that pizza absolutely sucked. Who in the world actually likes that stuffed crust nonsense? So, 40 minutes late, having to fight for my food, and on top of that, foolishly having paid an 18% tip to this motley crew. I don't think I have it me to go back to a Pizza Hut. Maybe Domino's or an independent shop, but I don't want to go through that ever again.

I ordered delivery from this pizza hut and the pizza was delivered quickly to me. The toppings to cheese to sauce ratio was perfect. I would definitely order from here again. :)Vegetarian options: Veggie pizzas and can also get custom pizza with vegetarian toppings like onions, mushrooms etc.
They forgot an item in my delivery & I was placed on hold each time I called. After wasting over 20 minutes I gave up. I did speak with Pizza Hut Customer Service but they couldn't resolve my delivery issue but I was compensated. They need to come up with a better way to get in touch with someone when you have a delivery issue!

I have ordered a dozen times from this location. I would say 70% of the time the food is great and were all happy. But it can be hit or miss. 1 time had to get a full refund because the order was no good and it all went to the trash.

Ordered pan crust and instead was given thin crust. Ordered ahead of time at 4:55pm to be delivered by 6:15 ish didn’t receive until 6:55 pm. Don’t order from here.

One of the worst experiences ever dealing with any piece of franchise. The staff doesn’t care they don’t treat the customers with respect they talk to you like you’re d*** and give you the runaround when you ask simple questions, if you do not like your job, just quit.
