Honestly I ordered a few weeks ago just to see what is in my backyard and I was disgusted by the location the pizza looked like it was a victim of a drive by shooting and most of it was stuck to the box the dough was clearly bad under the jalapeños, cheese and pepperoni there was a particular smell I sent corporate an email had only an auto response so that tells me how much pizza hut values us as customersThe pizza was so bad no picture was taken but my two frenchies did not eat it and they love pizza but smelled it and ignored it

I used the app to order. I removed mushrooms from the pizza when it was delivered it had mushrooms all over it. Then when you try to call the store you get the National call center who tells you that the store is closed. However Google says they close at 1am. Finally got through to the store and they remade the pizza but the hassle of trying for 20 minutes plus trying to reach the store. Not worth it.

My pizza was rushed. I was surprised by how fast it was delivered. Once I started eating it each slice started to fall apart like they didn't use enough crust. It also barely had any sauce on the pizza. I had to eat it, I was on my much break but I'm not interested in buying from this location

Last time I went here. I observed the guy making my pizza without gloves. Between touching money & constantly adjusting his pants...eww..When I asked him about his gloves, he told me that he only wears them if requested by the customer. I told him I didn't want the pizza. He kindly offered to make a new pizza for me. I realized everything he touched was contaminated even though he assured me he washed his hands. I almost threw up in my mouth with disgust I requested a refund.

DONT TRY THIS "" ITS A NIGHTMARE"" I tried to order a carryout pizza in person , That's right went inside pointed at pizza on my phone & said I want this pizza he said that's online only went out got in my car right in front Pizza Hut and tried order that same pizza the website was so it wants you pick a store near me I continue as guest it realizes I have an account wañts my password & to start over and sign in I can't think of it , it's not one that I memorized , wants to If I want change from othér one I order from to this store then if I sign in to Rewards I'll gét credit for it & don't pay cash if contactless then starts over with nothing in my cart, I gave went back home got my password & started over 2 hours later I was finally eating a cardboard pizza.

There is one guy there who makes the pizza amazing. I alway order extra pepperoni and he does it right. He's a tall African American guy whose sometimes at the register, you are going to get a great pizza if he makes it. I also recently had a run in with the manager who helped a confusion with the app and my birthday breadsticks. He hooked it up just right and was awesome!
