This review is solely on customer service. The products I've had in the past were great and I've been a loyal customer since 2017. Unfortunately I recently placed an online order, and when I arrived to pick it up they were closed. I contacted them to let them know my card was charged and never received a response. So now I'll dispute the charge with the bank and I'll be going somewhere else for my drinks.

Love this place!! Swig and other places have nothing on Pop Drinks!!! I wish there was one in Arizona! I would go to Pops weekly when I lived in Vegas a few years ago. So of course, had to stop by on my last visit. Still just as good!

They are good and really nice . Twice they have forgotten to put the cream in my drinks , I don't like to mention it though sometimes . Hopefully next time I'll just say please don't forget the cream . But they are really nice with the customers .

While visiting from AZ where we have Swig and Sodalicious, I was delighted to find this soda shop to satisfy my caffeine craving. The employees were friendly and the JoJo drink was so tasty. The peanut butter chocolate cookie was amazing! I highly recommend this delightful establishment.

I live closer to this location but work closer to the Maryland one and there’s one worker, Austin, that has helped me at both stores. At first I thought it was weird seeing him at both stores, but after we talked one day when it wasn’t busy, he let me know he was the manager at both stores, and that he switches off between stores. It’s always him helping me out because I go throughout the day and he knows my order by heart. Great customer service all the time, and he always makes sure he’s going above and beyond. Definitely the manager these stores need.

my favorite place to get cookies at night!!! the coconut one is my favorite. if you're staying in for a movie night, grab some movie theater popcorn & sodas from Pop :) You can drive up to the parking spaces & they'll come out to take your order. very nice staff, loved my dog. 10/10

Such a creative drink shop, definitely worth going to if in the city. We got the banger and Red Milk which was really good. There aren't a lot of gourmet soda shops here in Vegas so if you're looking for a sweet and sobering drink, this is the place to get them! Highly recommend.

The free popcorn was ok, my iced green tea did not taste that great. I am not sure what they were trying to go for as they added some an orange syrup to it and I didn't think it worked well together. We also ordered 6 cookies of different flavors and the cookies were cold and didn't taste fresh. My husband's iced latte was ok. I wasn't impressed, but maybe I should try what they are known for- their pop drinks next time.
Employee was very sweet and helpful. Drink was great and so affordable. New fav spot.

Probably my favorite place In Vegas. Super affordable super fun snack. With all the options I'm able to try something new almost every time if I'm not getting my favorite Redrock. Everyone there is so outgoing and helpful. I take all my friends here now!

Noticed this little gem after doing some late shopping at Hobby Lobby. Never heard of this place, and my sister and I were feeling adventurous, so why not. This place is super yummy! You can either build your drink or order off the Secret Menu. We ordered 3 drinks off the Secret Menu and all 3 were super delish! Will most certainly be coming back for more goodies. P.S., customer service here is on point!

This place is poppin'!! Lol it's a super cute little soda shop. They have 15 bazillion flavors and combinations... pretty much anything you could dream of, or you can create your own. They also have energy drinks, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. I had the jojo, which is dr. Pepper with raspberry purée and coconut cream... so fire! There are tables/couches too and hip pop music playing, which makes it a cute hangout spot. Too hot to get out of the car but still need a refreshing drink?? No worries! They have 4 designated parking spots and all you do is drive up, wait in the car, and one of the soda experts will come right up to your car and take your order. (But I would still recommend going inside to look at the menu because there are soooooo many choices and you never know what will strike your fancy!) Overall this place is awesome and I'll definitely be back for some pizzazz-packed refreshment on a hot day!
