Worse Popeye restaurant in Las Vegas. They were out of chicken. Worse management ever!. Plus they do not take MGM rewards points. Also, they don't accept the app rewards and discount. The owner one greedy person for not accepting the rewards. I don't recommend this horrible restaurant.

My husband went down to get dinner after a long day out and about only to be met with lazy, disrespectful customer service. He waited 40 minutes for our order which he was told was they were waiting for chicken. But it's funny how when friends of the employees show up, they have plenty of chicken then, as well as it was play time and heck with the customers.We tried to call but to no avail...this is just a piss poor excuse for a Poppeys. STEER CLEAR.

This review is for service alone. While going through the drive thru I had an unpleasant interaction with Lucy. I ordered nuggets and at the window asked if I could add another to the order. She was rude from beginning to end telling me I had to go around again and that she would have it ready for me. No problem, so looped back around. When I got to the window again she rolled her eyes and told me I had to order through the speaker so the system would take it. I told her I misunderstood and thought it was so the customer behind me wouldn't have to wait for their order. I gave her my card and she was annoyed that it was the same one saying how the system wouldn't think it was fraud. She didn't tell me the first time I pulled up that I would need a different card. I was so put off by the whole interaction I told her to forget about it and left.

As others have stated, do not come here! Looking at past reviews, it seems like nothing has changed in over a year. TERRIBLE SERVICE! I got to just stare at my chicken sandwich for over 15 minutes, watching it get cold. The staff would just disappear off to the side. Then I saw the manager pop in quickly to just ignore customers in line and not help the staff?!?

$16.49 for a chicken strip w/ fries basket. LOL LOL LOL. I'm from New Orleans and I Am Telling you that basket should not cost more than $10. You May think "well, it's just Vegas", then you spend your money how you want to.My wife and I Seriously could not stop laughing at that Ridiculous price the entire walk to Ri Ra at Mandalay Bay. They have Amazing gourmet chicken strips for only $8.50 during their happy hour and Im sorry, but Popeyes couldn't touch how delicious these strips were.Enjoy overpaying if ya still go to popeyes.
