I hate this location with a passion! Why is the service always turtle speed!? I had to wait 10mins in the drive thru. I can’t get out cause I’m stuck between cars so I have no other choice but to wait!! You put your order in just for them to tell you they don’t have an item!!! It’s they make you wait in the lurking lot because they don’t have food ready. I couldn’t get macaroni because it was forzen. It pisses you off waiting for food in your car just to see people walk on and out with food when you’ve ordered 15mins ago! I hate this location!

I pulled up through your drive through. This was tonight about an hour ago. I had never used your app before and as I told the woman at the window that I needed to use my app for some of the order. She told me she didn’t know how to use the app she’s never used it and Popeyes hasn't trained them on the app. I asked was she the manager she said yes, her name was Tracy. She then went on to say she doesn’t eat here she eats real food. And I need to pull around because it’s people behind me that will be paying full price and I need to pull around. I told her that’s not going to change the fact I don’t know how to use the app for some of my order. She told me where the next Popeyes was and I needed to go there cause she can’t help me. I’m the owner of a small business, no customer should be treated the way I was by her. Popeyes needs to train her or replace hasn't. You shouldn’t be able to treat people any kind of way cause they’re using the app for a partial payment. It’s mean and uncalled for. Please address this with her. Popeyes only have one biggest problem which I think if solved it can help to make their store chain the best and it is their workers. They always yell at customers you’ll find a restaurant attendant acting as if they own the store or as if they cannot be fired, they do whatever they want. Only customers with big heart eat here.

I was waiting too much time inside and I could not make any order because the lady was taking order only for drive thru and the guy in the other position was cooking or serving. I was waiting for a courtesy attention asking for my order but they were talking and laughing I don’t know why about somebody in the drive thru.I’ve decided leave the place and look for some other option for meal. The worst experience, worst customer service
