Walked in... no greeting... I seen an older woman named maria walking an order to a gentleman (still wearing gloves) touched the double doors and walked a sandwich over to a gentlemen. Then walked back to the food line to clean up her mess (with her gloves still on) touching the items she used to make that sandwich. Then walked over amd asked me waht I would like to eat.. then when I told her she turned around and grabbed some bread.... WOTHOUT CHANGING HER CLOVES OR WASHING HER HANDS and proceeded to make my sandwich..... the the manager with blond hair wearing a blue shirt with a ton of stains on it hair messy and not in a hair net comes out and messes with the register and then walks back to the back room... thisbisnt the first time... im not that person but today I will be. I tossed the sandwich in the trash and I'll never come back to this location again. Also the store was dirty amd slicer was a crusted mess and hasn't been cleaned I a while and the produce on the line looked a few days old... do better..
Brandi is wonderful! She remebers my husband and my sandwich order every time! Right down to 3 jelopenos and cut in thirds! Her sandwiches are made with love, they just taste better! We keep coming back because she is great!

For the second time, we went to this port of subs and were not acknowledged by the employee. The first time this gentleman was loudly disparaging a co-worker, who was not present, to another co-worker, who tried her best to help the customers while he spoke. This time, we walked in, he looked at us but did not acknowledge us, and he started spraying the slicer with cleaner. He proceeded to clean it for what seemed like an unnecessary amount of time, when I realized that he had been in the middle of making another man's sandwich. That man just sat there seemingly unsure of what to do. I appreciate cleanliness, but it was clear that this employee was not interested in doing his job, and instead chose to be petty and waste time. That solidified our decision to not return.

Came in to pick up lunch on my lunch break and basically got turned away because there was only one employee working and she said she had a big order to fill. I drove 12 min out of my way to come here just to get turned away. Not sure if this place even has a manager but might want to work on scheduling better. Not sure how a business makes any money turning away people especially at a fast food place!
