Was close to closing but the staff had no issues making sandwiches for my family of 4 when most places would just lock up the doors early. All very friendly and we were not rushed through our order.

First time eating port of subs and the employees were completely rude. The guy with the beanie and nose ring was taking my order was rushing me and I've never been there before and there was not a line. He then threw my sandwich on the counter when he finished it and walked away. It was messy in there as well and they were standing around when I came in. I work in restaurant management and was completely baffled.

Stopped off on our way to Red Rock Canyon to get sandwiches for a picnic. Nice variety of meats, cut fresh. Can make your own sandwich by choosing toppings. The sourdough bread was awesome. Made for a great picnic.

Came in right before it was closing. Usually employees are a bit annoyed by that and I get it, but Alex was really nice, cut the sandwich up and did it separately for us. Great employee, great food, will come back. Thanks man!

There food is amazing and cheap for the amount you get the employees are great and intriguing to talk to and the food is fresh but could be better but the food is overall amazing

Absolutely horrible. I placed my order online with Google and it said that my order would be ready in 21 minutes. I come 21 minutes later to locked doors and the staff ignoring me when they finally come to the door she tells me that she has canceled my order as soon as it came in and that I need to deal with the manager if I have a problem with them not changing their hours online. I informed her that if they’re close at seven to update their hours online that way orders can’t be placed. She told me she canceled it. She did not the charge and the tip is still put through on my credit card. I go back to tell her the order is not canceled and then I want my money back if they’re not going to provide me with the service or product. She tells me that she doesn’t have to do anything that I need to call the manager tomorrow. I ask when she says tomorrow I ask her when tomorrow she screams tomorrow. Marina is in no position to deal or talk to customers and if you know that you aren’t going to fill orders then you should at least call people to let them know, instead of waiting to confront them behind a locked door and take their money.

My grand daughter and I went in for lunch. Ms. Dawn was very friendly and helpful. I wish more employees were as nice as her. I WILL BE BACK!Kid-friendliness: Dawn was so great! My grand daughter got her kids meal and an oreo cookie!

The employees served everyone else and made sandwiches right in front of them but made me wait on the side and the food took over 15 minutes. I only had two sandwiches. I’m not a racist person but I noticed I was the only black person.

Always one of my go-tos. The bread is often fresh and delicious. The only complaints that I would have about this location is that sometimes they hire employees that aren't the friendliest, but most of the time it's not an issue. Other than that, my sandwich is almost always made to order and delicious. They make their sandwiches quickly too, so that's a plus.

The first location I tried didn't have certain items. Left there to come to this location and wish I went to a different sub place all together. When I got to the register to pay after they made my two sandwiches, the card machine stops working. After waiting for them to try and fix it, the workers contact the manager. Following them trying to fix it with manger on phone, still nothing ended up working. I overheard the worker telling the manager over the phone that the price of my order was 23$ and some odd change. I THEN get ask me if I could send the money via Venmo or cashapp. I said no as I don't not have those. I was then told that I couldn't have the sandwiches after waiting this whole time. I asked why I couldn't because 1) it was the businesses fault the machine stopped working it was not like I did not have the funding to pay, 2) I waited patiently, and 3) the sandwiches are already made so now they are just going to go to waste that makes no sense. I'm beyond disgusted with the costumer service, the fact my time was wasted, and that I left empty handed when I was very hungry.
