Our experience was awesome. We were there celebrating our anniversary and everything was great. The service and attention to detail were off the charts. The food was delicious and the specialty theme cocktails were tasty. Tiny made sure everything was taken care off and all of our needs were met. And all the gladiator gear made pictures fun!

Very different place to eat off the strip. It's a viking themed restaurant. Best lobster risotto I ever had. My filet was perfectly cooked. It's just a fun place with outstanding food and service.

Amazing ambiance, amazing service from the host, to the server, to the manager who stopped by. Food was great, the presentations were great, the vibe was great. You can take the swords and helmets down for photos. Very cool experience.

You auto add an 18% gratuity to the bill; then underneath the total on the bill you have another line for a tip; this, to me ( personal opinion ) is deceptive and fraudulent, perhaps tricking people into leaving a second tip

Primal Steakhouse was Great!!! Our server Michael was absolutely the best. Great value for the food. The General Manager was present and checking on guest. The atmosphere was unique and gave you things to talk about the look at while they prepaired food. Highly recommend.

Great service and welcoming staff. Had fun with their special cocktail served in a viking horn and their flaming sangria. Our steaks (filet and porterhouse) were very good and cooked as requested. The bacon on the Wedge Salad was thick cut and delicious. Overall a great experience.

This place is truly a diamond in the rough. Derek took incredible care of us. We lucked out and ended up dining during the owner's wedding reception with an awesome electric violinist accompanying my girlfriend's birthday dinner. Amazing - just amazing. This restaurant is in an unlikely location but the fare is beyond compare. The attention to quality on the sauces, the cooks you can tell immediately really care for their craft. I cook at home and I really appreciate that love of food that is often not present and usually leaves me disappointed at restaurants. This place is so different = phenomenal. I will definitely be back whenever I come to Vegas.

Not the best food by far, service was not that good, had empty water glasses, given wrong desserts, they did comp it for the mistake. The money spent should have delivered better service and food .

Food was very good. The Assistant Manager, Tiny, was very charming. Our server, Corrine, was particularly helpful. She even organized our Uber ride from the restaurant back to our hotel.

Server John was fantastic with recommendations and the manager coming round checking everyone was ok. Gave us a little macaroon birthday cake as I had put on the booking it was my husbands 40th birthday which was a nice surprise. Food was lovely and the whole evening was worth the money. Even the seating staff offering to come out and take pictures for us outside! Defo recommend for a treat!

We were in Vegas for a wedding looking for a place to dine off of the Vegas Strip. The atmosphere was energetic and noisy in a good way, darkly lit with decor that matched the name of the restaurant to a T - As you walk into the main door there was a great photo opportunity with a swanky chair and lit PRIMAL sign...FUN! Our server was super, however, I ordered a glass of wine and it took quite some time to be brought to the table, I usually have 2 glasses but didn't. Not sure if that was a back up at the bar? I can't compare to other $$$ places in Vegas as this was our first trip to Vegas & our only choice for fine dining (we try to stay locally owned v/s "famous owned" or chain.) We're from Canton, Ohio & have several AMAZING places for seafood (flown in fresh daily) & steak, this is were our overall experience fell short. Three of us ordered salmon over risoto and one ordered the Strip Steak. We also ordered the watermelon salad. My husband wasn't thrilled with the steak at all as it was a little tough and didn't have as much flavor as he would have liked. It was cooked perfectly, however. The salmon was better than the steak (strange for a steak house) but risoto was a little wet for my liking. I had high expectations for the watermelon salad and it fell very flat. I was hoping for juicy bites of watermelon but it was somewhat tasteless and didn't offer enough acidity for my taste. Management and chef were attentive to all tables, including ours. If I were in town again, would I give it another shot? If you're a once in a life time Vegas person like we were/are, I wouldn't gamble on it, if you go to Vegas often, then I would roll the dice because it did have highlights with the overall service and atmosphere. We usually tip 20% minimum on our check with the exception of when it is already included as it was here on a table of 4 or more (that's usually on larger tables) --another unusual thing from my traveling experiences just as an FYI.

We had the best experience! Excellent service & the food was amazing. Each item we ordered from the drinks to the main course to the dessert was an experience. The ambience was incredible and we had a fun little photo shoot at the end with medieval helmets and swords. Highly recommend this gem!

Excellent steaks, excellent service. The ambiance was awesome, but it was really loud there. Not enough to keep us from going back, but enough to let others know that it might bother. There were steaks a lot more expensive in the area and there steaks a lot cheaper. Middle of the road cost (here in Las Vegas anyways) but above average food. Superior service from Corinne.

After reading many reviews, we picked this place for a special Vegas night out. Our reservation was honored (which is expected but does not always happen). We were seated quickly and service was friendly. Bottom line, the food did not live up to the promise. Ordered the porterhouse. Steak was well-prepared but overall fatty and chewy. I have eaten in top-notch steak joints, and this is not one of them. The prices are simply far too high for what you get.

Food and decor was brilliant. Very reasonable priced, especially for Vegas. It was a little bit off the strip but only a short taxi journey and 100% worth it. They had a musician putting their own twist on popular music on the violin and he was really good, it added to the ambiance really well. Our server Michael was great and really attentive. Would definitely recommend.
