This is a Las Vegas local steak restaurant. It looks red, but it is fully cooked and soft without chewing. The child said it was the best steak in America because it was so tender.

Definitely on my top 3 prime rib restaurants in Las Vegas. You won't be disappointed by any of their prime rib cuts. We go their every few months, it's really a treat. Reservations are recommended. They fill up quickly.

We have been to Primarily Prime Rib in the past and everything was great. This time however was disappointing. Not sure if our server was new or just overwhelmed with everything. For example, brought the prime rib without the horseradish, waited about ten minutes and still no horseradish. Prime rib was getting cold so we had to ask another server to get it, which he did. Mashed potatoes were awful. Think they were instant, yuck! Salad dressing was too much on the salad, overpowered the actual salad. Finally we couldn't find our server to get our check. We were there well over an hour and a half. We will still give this wonderful restaurant another chance next time we visit.

Not great hostess service. Made a reservation, checked in with the hostess and was told it would be a 10 minute wait which was fine. Except we sat there for awhile and watched multiple people walk up to the stand and be seated immediately. Even after we asked what was up and when would it be our turn, we were still brushed off. After we watched one more couple walk up the stairs and be seated immediately, we left and ate somewhere else. Definitely won’t be back.

This is our favorite place to go. We usually come about twice a month. It is always the same every time that's what makes it wonderful my last visit did have a hiccup. We've always had great service always but last night our waitress wasn't that good I was not impressed other than that love the place.

The entire evening was wonderful. The staff was attentive and professional. The food was prepared exactly to our liking and we left very satisfied after celebrating a special birthday for our friend.

I wrote a negative review regarding our January visit to Primarily Prime Rib. A manager called after the review was posted, apologized for the experience, and said that a complimentary meal would be waiting for us the next time we visited. We went back to the restaurant on Sunday, March 3rd and had a wonderful meal compliments of Primarily Prime Rib. Our server was excellent and there were no issues. We are very appreciative of how our January visit was compensated and feel that everything that could be done, was done. Thank you.

This evening we hosted out of town friends. There was a child at another table screaming unnecessarily for the majority of our meal. This was irritating. It then took quite awhile to get our entrees. We eat at Prime quite often & the service & ambiance is usually excellent. Tonight's experience was not conducive to entertaining our out of town family. We are locals & expect consistent service at Prime.

The Prime Rib, as always was most delicious. The huge baked potato, there are none like it for softness plus the salted encrusted skin. Our waiter was on point throughout our dinner with his fantastic service. And lastly, the value for the money can't be beat.

Our waiter, Steven, was fantastic. Friendly, laughed at my stupid jokes, and knows the menu! The 16 oz. Prime rib comes with soup or salad, and baked potato or fries. All excellent. That's enough for a full meal. We also ordered sautéed mushrooms and jalapeno creamed corn, both of which were excellent. Well worth the trip to South Point.

Our server last night wasn't the best we've ever had, as she forgot a few items we requested, like our Garlic Mushroom order, but otherwise, it was another excellent meal and the perfect place for dinner with friends visiting from Hawaii.

Primarily Prime Rib at South Point is the Las Vegas experience without the Las Vegas price. The quality of the meal, that includes soup or salad, vegetable or potatoe, and a large piece of prime rib, is an exceptional value (get the South Point cut). The food, service and ambience is wonderful whether for a celebration or a regular night out.

Our family dined after a concert and we were very impressed by the quality of the food. They really know how to prepare prime rib! Delicious. We plan on going there the next time we're in Las Vegas.

Disappointed in the service. Probably took 15 minutes to take our drink order. Another 15 to see a drink. Then only 2 of 4 arrived. Generally the servers appeared uninterested in our table.

This place is AWESOME - but only if you get your reservation in early enough because they book up fast. The staff is great, the service is great, the food is great and the wine of the month is a wonderful deal and all of that keeps us going back.
