Amazing service, amazing view, and last but not least the food is the best thus far. It was my boyfriend's 33rd bday and we couldn't have been happier celebrating it here at Prime steakhouse. We did the patio to watch the fountain show. The weather was perfect making the atmosphere romantic and a day to remember.

Located in the Bellagio hotel, Prime has all of the ambiance you need, as the decor is very opulent and comfortable. The food was good, as my brother had the parmesean encrusted chicken, and I had the peppercorn encrusted New York strip with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes as sides. Definitely a great place for a date and a night out on the town.

I ate here last night and was extremely excited as I hadn’t had a nice steak in awhile. I ordered the Dry Aged Ribeye, 6 oysters and a martini. The steak was probably the worst steak I’ve ever paid for money for. It had 0 sear (just some grill marks). It was also grainy like one would expect from an over done sirloin. It was so weird. First steak I’ve ever not finished. I should have sent it back or complained but I’m a wittle baby. It looked the correct temperature but somehow was opposite of melt in your mouth. I could taste it had been dry aged though but given how tough and bad it was it wasn’t a good thing. My chef friend thinks they baked it, set it aside and when ordered threw it on the grill to warm up/give marks. The oysters were good (albeit too expensive but I expected that.I really wish I had gone somewhere else

Food was great!!! Service was great too, except the waiter did forget my drink. The only complaint I had was the dinning room was very warm!

Everything about this place ia perfection. The staff are friend and beyond professional. The food is sinfully delicious. From the ribeye steak to the parmesan crusted chicken, and the sides...garlic broccoli, augratin potatoes, and the Mac & Cheese (definately NOT made by Kraft!) Were all delicious beyond words. We ended our meal by splitting an amazing apple cobbler, topped with caramel ice cream. My wife and I almost needed a mobility scooter to get us back up to our room! The cost is substantial, but anyone that eats here will agree that it is worth every penny! The Prime Steakhouse is a must for any visit to the Vegas strip!

There are 2 beautifully located restaurants with views for outdoor dining in front of the Bellagio Fountains and this is one of them. And the fountain is a must go and must see in Las Vegas. You should make reservations 1 week in advance to get the outermost seats. MGM Rewards members with Gold cards or higher will receive priority. The restaurant is also chosen by tourists as a place to commemorate their wedding day. As the name suggests, the steak restaurant is one of the must-eat restaurants in Las Vegas.Four-star, award-winning celebrity chef and restaurateur Jean-Georges Vongerichten, chocolate brown and Tiffany blue décor

Super good in every way, what else can I say? They even had pants for me to borrow. The short rib was better than the chicken but both were fantastic. They open at 4:30pm and were very accommodating. I love the Bellagio and all it's restaurants.

A bad news good news story...We had been to Prime before and had really enjoyed the ambiance outside, hence we had requested the same again. When we arrived we were told there weren't any tables outside available. I asked how long to wait. The hostess, who seemed stressed, told us three hours and didn't seem willing to work with us. It seemed like she wanted to get rid of us. We didn't think we were being demanding. We were willing to wait and would have been happy with a good table anywhere.Another hostess led us through the dining room to a small table in a corner close to another table for two. We sat down and knew immediately that we weren't going to enjoy our experience. The table location was terrible and it was close to the couple next to us. We were disappointed because we had passed several other tables that would have been okay. We like our privacy when having a nice meal.We got up to leave. As we walked out we came across the Manager, Lawrence Silva. Ahead explained what had happened, he asked us if he could try to fix the situation. He went away for a few minutes. He asked us if we were still okay to wait, we said yes. It was about the experience. The manager asked us to come back in 90 minutes. We agreed and headed off to the Petrossian Bar for a drink. We had just received our drinks when we got a text saying the restaurant was ready for us. It had only been 20 minutes. We were pleasantly suprised and went back to find the staff had a wonderful table overlooking the water. We had a great view of the Bellagio Fountains.Dinner was a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic. The service was friendly and well done. Overall the atmosphere was enjoyable. I had the Fl Filet and my husband the Wagyu Rib Cap. We also ordered Truffle Mashed Potatoes. All was excellent. It was my birthday and they treated us to a birthday desert. Thanks to the staff this was one of the best Birthday dinners I have had as an adult.I mentioned the manager's name (above) because of the way he handled the situation. He was kind, professional, and worked with his team to create a wonderful experience. We were very impressed and will be back in the future,Thank you Lawrence and team. We won't forget that meal anytime soon. ?

This place is beautiful and service couldn’t be better. They have very nice tables inside or outside. Food is nothing special and very expensive, I don't think deserves the pricey food, meat is nothing special… I think seafood was better and price not that crazy. Wont return but, I enjoyed the experience.

Prime overall 5/10It was akin to a distopian world where people are forced to pay high prices for overly complicated, mediocre to bad food purely for sustenance. No passion, no attention to detail. My wife and I visit high end steak houses often and we both felt Prime fell very short of the mark.Seating/ambiance 6.5/10Hostess and initial serving staff was good. We had booked a patio reservation, and got one, but we were on the side behind the shrubbery. Not a great view of the fountains, but still a decent ambiance. The patio area also felt overcrowded, as in seat to area ratio.Drinks 9.5/10My wife got an espresso martini and I got an old fashion. Both were very well made. The espresso martini had a strong, powerful coffee smell and taste. The old fashion was light, but flavorful. I tend to prefer them on the less overwhelming side, and this delivered.Bread 8/10The pretzel bun was terrific. Great pretzel flavor, soft and fluffy. The longer breadstick style ones were a bit firm on the outside, but carried a nice taste. The fluffy bun style bread was lackluster in flavor, but had the best texture.Sides 2/10My wife cannot eat anything spicy so we ordered the broccoli and the crispy potatoes. The broccoli had a broken cheese sauce with an overpowering mint flavor and jalapeños. It was slightly under cooked, and about 100 times worse than just some seasoned steamed broccoli. The crispy potatoes were covered in a Buffalo sauce, which was very buffalo forward. We got them to bring us potatoes without sauce and they were unsalted. Crispy, but very, very bland and dry. I've had better potato skins at basically any bar that serves them.Main dish 5/10My wife got the lamb and I got the Chilean Sea Bass. I got lamb when we went to Craftsteak at the MGM and it was amazing. My wife's lamb was a poor quality, as there was way too much fat and gristle. The crust was executed well, as was the cook, but it fell absolutely flat om flavor. A good cut can stand out with mild seasoning. This tasted of a poor cut with very poor seasoning. The sea bass smelled heavenly and had a nice crust. Unfortunately, the sensation quickly leaves as you bite in. The flavor is almost purely aromatic. Again, the quality of the fish was that of maybe decent quality Tilapia. Not nearly what was expected or paid for.Dessert N/A but 9/10We didn't order dessert, but I got macroons for my birthday. The lemon was excellent and the tiramusu might have been the best Macroon I've ever had.Overall experience 5/10Prime fell short in the areas of significance and excelled at few. The mains and sides were not inedible, but they were not enjoyable. We are open to trying again, but it's not at the top of our list.
