Great customer service . Great Food Went in around 830am ordered some food sat at the bar had a beer while i waited on my food .The cook came out to tell me she had just cranked up the fryers and she will get started on my food soon, great customer service. The bartender was friendly and engaging. Great experience will for sure go back and bring friends . Only regret, I wished I could of tipped more

THEY NEVER HAVE GOOD PAST LIKE 9pm Thats why they get 1 star.
There was a drunk man standing by the bar who openly threatened me, and said he was looking for a fight. When u asked why nobody threw him out, I was told he was a kitchen employee. Soooo...I guess I won't go to this PTs anymore! Fortunately there are like 30 other PTs in Las Vegas.

I love this place, it is a home away from home. I come in constantly and I order cranberry juice with soda every time and gamble sometimes, they have many machines, classic and new. The CREW IS THE BEAT PART, they’re so nice and personable. I had a seizure here and it was handled with care, they checked on me that day after I come to, and afterwards. They have since been sooooooo nice about it. Shout out to Lakey for keeping the music bumpin, Joyce Shelby and Sammi (and Lakey) are the usual bartenders I see when I’m there and they are all super nice, check in often, and put a smile on my face every time I come by. Love this place.

Staff is nice but service is consistently slow. Not so slow that you want to go elsewhere but slow enough to notice.Didn't realize that the kitchen is not open 24/7 but the cook was nice enough to come ask if we wanted anything before she closed up.
