Almost all the food was great, but the appetizer (Karaage) wasn't on point. The chicken had a nice breading and crunch, but the interior was too chewy to enjoy a lot of, we only finished half the serving. The signature ramen had a great flavor and was just the right temperature, although there were only 2 small pork medallions in it, it was plenty of food for the price. The crispy pork belly over rice was very well cooked and had excellent marinade flavors. The staff were attentive and friendly, along with a cool vibe that was modern yet conveyed their product, make this a great place to recommend.

You know it's good if you're already thinking about coming back here. We were craving some good Japanese ramen, and this one really satisfied our craving. You can find it in a spacious plaza with ample parking, and there was no wait to eat here for lunch on a Sunday. This is what we ordered:TORI KAWA CHIPS - Um wow, if you like chicken skin or chicharrones, this will be an automatic yes for you. It was crispy, fried chicken skin, sprinkled with dried seaweed with a lemon wedge.CORN RIBS - Another wow. The corn (attached to cob still, so eat it like a rib), drizzled in some kind of soy-based sauce, and I think it's fried. Yummy and fun to eat.YUZU SHIO - this ramen is served with a clear chicken broth, and it was a clean tasting ramen. It was so good, and the hit of yuzu completes this bowl.TSUKEMEN - definitely get this, the dipping sauce is more fish based, so in addition to the pork broth, there's a fish taste (in a very very good way), and it works and is delicious.I would order all 4 dishes again, but I gotta try the rest of the menu on my next visit. Serviced by Chris - super cool, knowledgeable and welcoming.

I was in town on a quick trip and I was in The mood for rice or noodles. I Found ramen boys and ordered the gyoza ? and kimchi rice ? . In less time it took me to drive there it was already being bagged and I walked out the door. I saw someone receiving a rice bowl with a chicken on top and it looked amazing. ?I took my food with me on the red eye flight ✈️ home & I did enjoy it . I wish I could have tried everything. I will be back soon to try more delicious ? food at RAMEN BOYS :) thank you

We mostly go for lunch, plenty parking but getting into the lot puts you through a construction site.Appetizers are great, chicken karaage has large juicy pieces of chicken with Kewpie for dipping. Gyoza is okay. Many great ramen options, esp the Miso and signature ramen boy special is what we keep going back for. Plenty of flavor, well made chashu and noodles are on point.Add-ons to basic ramen are pricey, for example an egg is $3.Drinks are on the expensive side.On our last visit we had good service by a single waitress with 3 tables taken, cannot speak for how it may be when it's busy with more than 20 tables...

Been wanting to go to a ramen spot for awhile now and decided on these guys since I saw a few mentions in LV locals and it had the shortest wait time upon departure of the house.Very nice server , very polite. But $8 for 6 marginal gyoza . The broth was warm for my wife and I both . None the less unless you pay minimum $2 a topping you get two very small pieces of pork , green onion and some seaweed.Noodles piping hot in a hardly warm bowl. Had a stomach ache about two hours later. The spicy is hardly spicy . Along with no sake bombs … $8 dollar draft beer .Once we got our food server didn’t ask if we wanted a refill, or how the food was . I would have ordered another beer but they never asked and by the time I was close to done I figured I’d grab a 3 pack on the way home instead of paying for one there. He to ask for a check and they were sharing a POS tablet and said he had to wait cause it was shift change ….@6 on a Friday . Was in the industry for years and nights crew from my experience was in @ 4-5 the latest.Definitely won’t be back and bummed we wasted our once every two week date here.

Great place to eat some ramen, one of the best spots Ive tried in Vegas!!! The meat was seasoned very well and it was really tender and delicious, the noodles for the RB signature were perfect! The service was also really good, they were very quick to come out with our food. Ambiance was nice and lit with neon lights surrounding the restaurant. Will definitely be coming back to this spot soon.

This place is such a gem! The ramen reminded me of Japan. I got the truffle shoyu & my fiance got spicy tonkotsu. Not to mention, the service... AMAZING. We were helped by Kelly & Sarah. The sweetest girls on planet earth. We well definitely stop by every time we're in Vegas.

Loved this place. It's a little ways off the strip in Chinatown. Right next to a fun pool hall with Bartop video poker.

Have been curious about this ramen spot as I've heard great things! Service was quick & friendly & the restaurant was kept clean. - Chicken karaage: juicy and tender chicken but the cuts of meat were a bit larger than I'd prefer and I wish it was bit crispier - Rb signature ramen: enjoyed the pork/chicken broth as it was lighter than others I've had. I really liked the marinade or sauce of the chashu pork and how tender the meat was. The thick noodles were a nice texture and not too chewy. - Spicy tonkatsu ramen: I wasn't a big fan of this since we didn't know the default uses thin noodles & I usually enjoy a thicker style. The broth had way too much sesame oil in it as well. - Mango kakigori: first time trying Japanese style shaved ice & it was so soft & fluffy. Mangoes made it taste so fresh! Overall, not bad for ramen in Vegas but would probably stick to the thick cut noodles and pork/chicken broths.
