One of the shining gems of the ramen scene in this city. Home of the second best Tantanmen ramen I have ever enjoyed. It’s a genuine dream that a place like this exists in my backyard, especially among the vast selection of formidable noodle shops available here. Authenticity is high from the bar seating with easy views of the chefs to the paper menus and condiments. I hope it stays this good forever.

My son and I came here on a cold night. When we arrived we were both seated at the bar. I wish we got seated at the table but it was already taken. My son is 5 so to get on to the chair that was high kinda scared him. We placed our order and placed the meat with chicken. Our food was delicious & my son enjoyed his ramen so much.

My favorite ramen in Las Vegas! It’s always so delicious, fast and easy to order. Simple classic receipts like Tan Tan is my fav on the menu. So delicious! Service is always so fast. Wonderful place. Best in town!
We chose this place for no other reason, then it was close to our next stop. This is the best ramen! I ordered the Tantan Men and added some other stuff. Tge ramen had the perfect chewy-firm texture, and the broth was rich and flavorful.

If you love Shio ramen then you need to come to Ramen Hashi. It's the most delicious Shio ramen I have found outside of Japan and it's always consistent. The menu is simple, ordering is easy, and you get your ramen fast. This is my go-to ramen place in Henderson. Definitely recommend checking it out!!

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Ramen Hashi yet... This has been my go-to ramen spot in Vegas since I first visited in ~2017 or so. Everything about this place has been on point since day one. The ambiance of the bar seating, the location right next to Gabi cafe, the simple ordering system, the great prices, and the top tier ramen are all just unrivaled in Vegas. Their flame torched meat, thick noodles, rich broth, and selection of vegetables are all just perfect for me. Plus, their less standard options are no slouch, that Tantanmen is spicy and absolutely fantastic. You get all of that in a super comfy and simple bar seating with beer on tap. I can't think of a ramen place outdoing what Ramen Hashi is doing for my needs. It's perfect, and you can unwind with a pot of tea at Gabi in the same parking lot.
