First time at a Red Lobster, liked it but may be last too. Don't understand the hype on the cheddar biscuits, they were just ok. Unlimited shrimp were good but didn't have so many to make it feel really worth it so much. Salt and vinegar shrimp and coconut shrimp were favorites.

This establishment was extremely unsanitary. The drinks arrived in grimy glasses, and we had to wait excessively to request clean ones. The silverware was also dirty, and the waitress lacked attentiveness and friendliness. By the time the food arrived, I hesitated to eat it due to its condition. In hindsight, I should have left before being served, but time constraints prevented me. The exorbitant prices are not justified by the overall poor experience. I have no intention of returning to this location.

My fiancee and I ate at this Red Lobster location on yesterday Easter Sunday. This was our second time eating at this location on Decatur in Las Vegas. Our first visit was very good. This visit lacked good customer service. We arrived about 1:00 pm.We ate in the bar area( at our request.)There was only one server who also had to make ALL the drinks for everyone in the restaurant.( Not enough personnel for the occasion)She was very busy but pleasant. It took about 40 minutes for the food to come out and it was barely warm.My fiancee did not want to send his plate back to the kitchen to get it warmed up.I sent my food back for a warm up.It was much better after that. When the bill arrived, we were charged twice for my meal.My fiancee don't usually review the bill before he pays it. He will just pay it.I like to look at the bill.A manager had to come and remove the extra $18.99 from the bill.I was SHOCKED this is Red Lobster process. They will charge you twice if you send something back to the kitchen but if they don't remember to remove it from the bill, you could pay twice for the entre or item. Now, it is already expensive to eat at Red Lobster, so they really need to STOP adding extra charges to ANYONE'S BILL.If I had not reviewed our bill, we would have been overcharged.I wonder how many other people don't really look at their bill before paying it ?This is soooo wrong.Just an FYI.If I get a response from Red Lobster regarding this review, please don't refer me to Facebook because I am not on Facebook. Thanks

I haven't been to Red Lobster in a very long time. I don't remember it having good food. We went for lunch and ordered the lunch special. It consisted of a lobster tail, scampi shrimp and a bake potato. It was very good - and a lot of food. The lobster was perfectly cooked and there were a lot of shrimp. We took some home. The potato was salt encrusted and serviced with butter and sour cream. I remember the cheddar bay biscuits being better. Our waitress was excellent (I can't remember her name). It wasn't cheap but was reasonably priced. We would go again.
