I got the mix combo chicken ribs red rice was way over cook everything to spicy got me sick of my stomach never go back to that place again sorry but that was my experience

Wish I lived closer to this place! Everything from the red rice itself to the hot sauce they have, the ribs, the chicken, the shrimp, the sauces that come with your plate! No part of the meal was disappointing. Everything was so good and the staff working with super helpful in describing what everything was and giving us ideas and offering samples on the drink to see if it would be something we'd like.

It is a great place to stop by after landing in Vegas or before flying out. It's about a 10 minute drive from the airport. Food is delicious. It's a small dining area but enough to fit a few groups of 6. Quality food at a good price with generous servings.

I just moved to Las Vegas a week ago and was craving Chamorro food but too lazy to make it coming here satisfied my taste buds especially the tamales gisu ????
My first taste of Guam food and it reminds me of New Orleans style rice and Caribbean food. I ordered the BBQ plate. Sadly, they were out of their famous potato salad, so I opted for the cucumber/kimchi salad. It did not disappoint. I highly recommend on a hot Nevada day. Also, they have their own in-house drinks chammarro punch and a cantaloupe inspired lemonade. They also have canned soda and for free cold fresh cucumber water. Clean place with parking. Their in-house drinks are $4.95 which i think is a bit pricey...but very refreshing. You do have to wait 12 to 15 mins for your order. I guess food is made to order.

First time having Guamanian food… I’d say it’s like if you mixed Hawaiian food and Jamaican food. Great flavor! The bbq chicken, the spare rib, and the empanada were all great. And of course the rice. I’ll go back again when I’m visiting Las Vegas again

Delicious! Great barbecued pork and beef. Delicious rice. If you like tandoori and Japanese grilled meats, you’ll love this. Rice is yummy too.

The food was good however I have to flag that both my friend and I had the same meal and one-two days later we were both vomiting and stuck in the bathroom for hours. It was the only meal we both had eaten during this span, so it makes me think that this restaurant gave us food poisoning. There is never any way to truly tell but I thought I would flag this.

I've been a huge fan of this restaurant for years. I grew up in Guam so whenever I came to visit Vegas this place was a must. If you're not familiar with them, they cook to order so it's not fast food but it is definitely worth the wait! They've recently renovated a bit and I love the new changes. Red Rice will always be a favorite and when I'm needing a taste of home I will stop in. For reference, this visit I ordered their BBQ chicken plate with chicken kelaguen and cucumber daigo along with an order of the shrimp patties.
