Omg found this place just by looking in google for good authentic mex food while we out here in Vegas this one had really good reviews food was amazing for chilaquiles and menudo and pozole food had so much flavor…. Waitress was nice only downside was it took for ever to get out food and people that came in like 30 mins after us were getting there food first

I've been here a few times now, the first time being a couple years ago and I'm barely leaving this review! This restaurant is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Vegas. Despite its location, the restaurant itself is cozy and strewn with beautiful Mexican inspired art and colors. The servers are beyond nice and attentive and the food is the star. There is so much flavor in their dishes and everything was fresh , each visit was just phenomenal. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys good Mexican food - you won't be disappointed.

Yes the wait at Sarkana was 2 1/2 hours and you had a show starting at 830 so you ended up here. Legit Mexican food that does not disappoint, hand made soft torillas and you know it's good.

Alright, I'm Mexican and I great up eating authentic Mexican food. This place has amazing plates, I'm not a huge fan of chilaquiles but the ones they serve are amazing, and huge. Our server was very attentive and professional. We spent a few days in Vegas from Houston and when we come back will eat here again.
