Get the beef rib and burnt ends, flavor is good and the meat is tender. Because I don't eat pork it limits my choice. Pork is in almost all side dishes.

HOWAH!! Everything about Rick's Rollin Smoke BBQ was delicious!! I'd give anything to get the Chipotle Slaw in Mn. We all shared bites of everything we ordered and it was a fun time if you're a foodie or even new to BBQ. The staff was a lotta fun and helped with all the decisions. Sooooo many yummy options. They even have a $50 All You Can Eat option. I can't wait to plan my next trip back to Rick's and I can't wait to bring more friends/family along!!

Food was delicious! It's not a fancy restaurant. Kind of a hole in the wall vibe. But let me tell you, that briquette sandwich, mashpotates, mac and cheese and corn bread was fabulous! The Mac and cheese was 5 stars all by itself. Staff is friendly, vibe is chill, food delicious, what else do you want? Great prices? Okay, ya prices were fair. You get a lot of food for your money. We did not walk away hungry. Sorry, didn't take pictures, we took a bit and dove right in. Must try it!

If you want to try brisket, you need to arrive very early. Before noon. The place is very famous in the area and has high demand, but hey, if you arrived late you can order some ribs and accompany them with the house sauces and you will not regret it.The place is perfect to go with friends, enjoy good meat and get ready to go to Freemont.

Been twice now- both times had same order. The beef ribs are without fault - but they need to work a lot on the brisket. Both times bone dry and if the sauce had not been used would have been totally bland.Definitely not cheap and no excuse to turn out a sub standard offering like this. Won’t be back.

How do you make a salad with no added dressing taste like heaven? Bomb brisket, that's how! The food here is unreal. Hung out upstairs for karaoke on a Thursday night and had an absolute blast! Good vibes, clean tables and bar, friendly bartender, and a rad karaoke host.

Absolutely delicious. It is St Louis meaning you have to dunk in bbq sauce but still very good. Ambiance is simple , counters instead of table but clean and orderly. The ribs are packed with meat there is no cause to complain. The sauce is so divine I'm not surprised if it is sold in stores like Stubbs
