Carne asada fries were great and portion was huge. Service was off. I'll order this at another location.

Not all locations are the same. This one is the best. Been going here for years.

Food is always fresh and very well priced, they are a huge help and got my order corrected when I needed it to be corrected and the very friendly staff and would recommend going here.

I have been coming here about twice a week for the last few Months ! The new management is amazing ! The restaurant is cleaner & better organized than before ! I believe they have a new cook, because The food tastes better than before as well ! The staff is fun & friendly. If you're a regular they tend to remember your order ! Nothing but good things to say about THIS Roberto's !

Nothing about the food but the customer service doesn't even deserve a star, came at 6:30pm on a phone order Thursday night, Received horrible customer service. Will never return here again. The lady at the register was nothing but rude, you really should be more polite and considerate of everyone you interact with, don't be polite to one person and completely rude to another for no reason. The receipt of the employee says Mirus R.

as a long time comer to this location (I work next door) ask for my usual order and for the second time the small Hispanic dark haired girl in the front messed up my order that is seriously not hard. (She's usually always flirting with one of the cooks in the back) I just ask for carne asada fries with the pico on the side for allergic reasons. I asked her 3 times. This was a shared meal and this girl clearly would have not cared even if I told her a coworker was allergic to the tomato, but beside that I asked her if she may add sour cream and she said yes. I come back to work for my 10 minute break and I spend it arguing with that pink haired manager who only had to say "well the ingredients are on the menu" ........... GIRL WHAT??? I was livid. I specified three times and above that they wanted to damn near snatch the box out of my hands demanding they'll give me a refund- like girl no you're lucky I'm soooo hungry.

I came here purposefully to evaluate the poor recommendations and to give an honest eval. Very close to the airport and major thorough fare's (I E sunset and southeastern Avenue. I've taken some pictures including the entry to the restaurant in the strip mall. The restaurant is spotless with the capacity of 6 x 4 seat booths and 6 x 4 seat tables that are movable. Service was quick, my Macaca burrito was under five minutes with three people in front of me. The dirt Kia was cooked to perfection, perfect temp and dry and slightly crispy. It took eating 2/3 of the burrito until I got two really good flavor with the onions Bell peppers and Macaca. It looks like they use canned beef so don't expect too much more than that. The salsa bar had a hot in a mild (read, green) salsa and lots of carrots. The green salsa was super mild and watery. I did not try the red but the carrots were perfect, vinegary medium spice and crunchy. Overall for the $8.50 I spent for the burrito including tax it was well worth it. I think the gal running the register could use a little bit more of a smile and just be more approachable and you would get higher ratings outside of the sourcing of their components of the meal.

I ordered food from here today and the rice was so crunchy it might as well had been raw. I tried to put some water on it and steam it the microwave that still didn't work. No seasoning in the beans. The best thing was the carrots, Just throw the whole restaurant chain away.

First of all this place is under new management so you should disregard any of the negative reviews left before now, August 2021.. THIS PLACE IS GREAT! I ordered a chicken burrito plate and the burrito was excellent. The chicken was tasty and tender and tasted like it had just been cooked. Same with the yellow rice - it was fluffy and tasty as well. My wife ordered a carne asada torta and same ting - delicious! The staff was clearly dedicated to their jobs, not like many fast-food places. In fact, the young lady who attended to us - turned out t was her mother who owned the place! The dining room and restroom are spotless. And they are open 24 hours. This is a great place.

At this location they will do everything they can not to give you the senior or military discount. Don't offer discounts then. I do not recommend this location for veterans or seniors!!!

Tasty, generous plates and huge burritos. Green and red salsas are really good. Also loved Roberto's pickled jalapenos, carrots and onions. Biggest tortillas I've ever seen.
