Today I made an online order for delivery. I ordered a large cheese and mushroom pizza. When entering delivery directions, I provided instructions on how to use the keypad and the gate access code to my building. Instead of using the access code the delivery driver used the call box by dialing my telephone number from the gate. I attempted to instruct him to use the delivery directions I provided when ordering. I called the restaurant directly and told them the delivery driver wasn't following the delivery instructions I provided and if they could call to assist him. The man on the phone told me they could not see the directions on their end. I tried to explain when ordering it allows you to enter delivery instructions. He told me I would have to call the ordering platform for this issue. My pizza was with the driver at the entry of my gate, and he wanted me to call a 1-800 number to get my pizza delivered. I ended the conversation in frustration. He didn't seem to care or want to help me. By the time the delivery driver entered through the gate, and I sat down to eat the pizza it was already cold.

This is the exact kind of place you expect when you think New York pizza. Pizzas live and die by the crust and no joke this is the best crust I've had in a long time. The crust has this flavorful fermented quality to it, bakes to a perfect crisp. Sauce is quite good, cheese is amazing, toppings are fresh.The price is very competitive with chain stores and the pizza is exponentially better. Don't know bout the rest of the menu. But they have pasta and all sorts of stuff.

The cashier forgot to charge me for my full order, so I ended up having to swipe my card twice no biggie. I was charged for fries that were less than small for $7 that’s what got me. Overall I was charged more in store than what online would have charged.

Take out, pizza was good a little under cooked but was ready super fast so I didn't mind. Wings KING size are a or king size lol. Those were pretty bland, the restaurant was empty so maybe the oil wasn't hot enough. Still ate them tho. Service good. Would try again no

Got here about 3pm today... You pay up front I went ahead and left a tip. I sat down the parmesan shaker is empty. The woman on duty is too busy on her phone with her feet propped up on a stool to check on anything. Nobody came by to check on me. I guess customer service in vegas is dying and imploding business. I can go to Mcdonalds to get better formality.

Great place for pizza and pasta. I got a slice of pepperoni and sausage and the lasagna. The lasagna came with two twisted knots that were neither warm or garlicky (my only complaint, if they're not supposed to be that way I'm not aware. I would have liked them warm and garlicky). The other food was quite tasty. The service was attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was cool. Black and white Pictures of family and friends in New York at an early time. Nice, comfortable.
