Prices have gone way up and quality has gone way down. The chicken Caesar used to be great, now it's almost $20 and inedible. To whomever the new owner is, please do yourself a favor and sell, because the restaurant business obviously isn't your thing.

I went here last night to get pizza about 8:05pm. Well mind you they are open to 11:pm on Fridays, well the young lady behind the counter said they had no plain pizza and was not making anymore. They had some slices of various types of pizza, like pineapple & other toppings not appetizing to me. So I ended up ordering a dinner. While I was waiting 6 or 7 young men came in looking for pizza as well and were told the same thing. I was there a good 20-25 minutes and people were being turned away because They were not making anymore. I have never seen such a bizarre situation in my life. Three young girls running the show and a sweeping the floors & then putting boxes together that's it. The female pizza maker cleaned up her area and closed up everything on her station! Why would a Pizza place stay open until 11:00 paying these 3 girls and not make pizza? It's safe to say I will save my gas & time and not go there again. I have been a customer there for not less then 15 years and never ever saw such a ridicules situation in my life. Sorry you lost a customer I will never go there or order from there again The pizza is great but if I can't count on getting a pizza 3 hours before closing time then I will get from someone who wants my money. Shame on you!!!!!

Very good pizza, sandwiches and pasta are pretty good too. Folks that work here are friendly and helpful. The shop is clean and has a nice, small dining area. We're new to the area and after trying several places, Rocco's has become our local go-to for pizza. That's important, when you move.

My husband and I stopped into have pizza after a doctors appointment. The restaurant was a little busy. We were able to sit down at a table that was dirty, unfortunately. They were able to clean it after asking. We ordered garlic knots and the everything. It took awhile to get the order because they became swamped with orders and pick ups it was around 5:30ish on a Friday. Once we got our pizza it was hot and delicious! The girl had to go back and get our knots. Our knots came cold and hard. The pizza had great taste, all the ingredients were balanced well. The marinara had good flavor as well. We'd definitely will order pizza again not the knots though. The workers were busy but nice. The place is reasonable just know there's a chance you will wait (about 20 minutes) both pick up and ordering there. There can be a line to the door for people waiting.

Poor food and service! Ownership was told and took no action and resolve. Warning to others looking for a good pizza... you are better off getting a frozen pizza from the grocery store. If you want an authentic pizza go to Grimaldi's.
This 1 star rating isn't really related to the quality of food. It was good. I have NOT had good luck with their service/delivery. First time, I ordered food and arrived at the "should be done time" and had to wait 15-20 mins to pick up. Ordered today for delivery and after 2 phone calls, the food arrived 40 (FORTY) mins late and COLD, 40 mins. late cold. Literally had to heat food up in the oven. I may go back, but probably not. Paid a delivery fee, a "support local " fee, a 20% tip. So much for supporting local businesses. Not worth the hassle.

Starting the new year with a variety of different places. I've been to Rocco's other locations but not this one in particular. I had my son pick up this meatball pie for us for dinner. I can say it was good because it checked off some of this pizza purists boxes: cheesy and toppings. Flavor and crispiness was not so much. Cannot comment on the restaurant or the service.

I live up the street from Rocco's and I've been eating their pizza, garlic knots and cookies for 12 years. Lately when I go in they, they have fabulous music so that must be one of the workers who puts uncertain genre of music. While I love Rocco's, sometimes the dough is tough or a bit thicker than normal, which means it was a left to overrise, but everything else is great... The sauce, the cheese, and the vibes. They do have new competition over on Lake Mead... Santinas is consistent, great sauce & cheese. Way more consistent than Roccos. I'm hoping Rocco's sees this and they become more consistent.
