the beef ribs will blown your mind without a doubt and the spareribs were also bomb. The brisket however was so dry it was depressing, so was the diced pork. The mac and cheese had cold cheese instead of being melted… the links were pretty good. We got a tray which included 5 meats and 3 sides for $48 (great value). Next time I’ll stick with beef ribs and spareribs only.

I couldn't wait to have fresh BBQ ribs until I went to Rollin' smoke takeout. The order was the rib special with 3 baby backs, 2 spare ribs and 1 beef ribs with a side order of southern BBQ beans. The beef rib was 1.5 lbs of fat and gristle and 1/3 lbs of beef rib. The baby backs were so overcooked they were essentially Jerry with nothing but burnt flavor. Spending $50 for overcooked trash doesn't seem like a fair shake from vegas cuisine. Not only are these begas restaurants scamming people they seem to be hiring bogus chefs who have no interest nor professional pedigree in the food market. They simply cannot cook nor do they hold an interest in quality cuisine.

The place is just off the main strip. It’s a clean place with plenty of seating area. The lady at the front was really nice, and made some good recommendations on how/what to order and was really helpful. The service crew was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Ordered 3 types of ribs, and 3 types of brisket. I thought their best item was the beef rib, as it perfectly BBQed, tender, and delicious. Pork ribs were also good, but the baby back were just okay. Burnt ends were really good as well, even though they were drenched in BBQ sauce. The brisket was below expectations. Side item that really stood out, was the fried okra; interesting and very unique. I would recommend this place and would come back again.
