We enjoyed the amazing and live entertainment, Athena Jett. The food was very good. My husband commented that the lasagna was the best he's tasted in a long time. We'll definitely go back and plan dinner when Athena is performing her jazz songs.
Based on their hoagies alone, this place is absolutely amazing!! Being from the East Coast originally, it is SO hard to find great sandwich shops in Vegas, but Roma on Spring Mountain is IT. Their BREAD takes the cake, it's absolutely perfect. Has a good crunch, with a moist yet chewy center, and the flavor is perfect. All the meats and veggies are fresh and COLD, very cold. This place has some great food! The live musician was a great addition, and definitely added a relaxing mood. We did wait for our food a little, but it was some of the most tasty Italian food I have ever had! I definitely recommend coming here. It’s a hidden gem!
