The waitress was very good, friendly, knowledgeable, Rachel made you feel important and like family. The food was good, not great. My chicken parm was a little over cooked. Another guest meal was not not hot, felt very cool as it may had been made earlier. Cocktail ordered was not good, obvious the bar tender didn't know how to make the drink. Restrooms were in poor condition and not very clean, had a chemical smell. Restaurant was very empty, it was a Monday night only about 4-5 customers. Take out food was stolen by a homeless person.
I got the truffle Mac and cheese and it was very good! Prosciutto was very crispy and sauce was divine.If you’re visiting, I recommend taking a visit here.

My whole family was there to celebrate my daughter-in-law‘s birthday. We haven't been to this location in over 10 years as we had moved away from this location where we were staying, but it was nice to be back and see the service and the ambience is same as what we used to come to, we are glad that we did celebrate the birthday there. Everybody enjoyed the food. The server was out of his way to help us and make our day special thank you for taking care of our family.

Excellent service from Andrew! He is a definate rock star! I was having problems ordering delivery online, called and spoke to Andrew.....he handled everything. Took my order, payment and even personally delivered our order for our granddaughters birthday dinner! The food was hot and oh so good! Everyone loved it! Thank you Andrew for saving the day!!

I had a delicious lunch here with my dear friend & it was incredible! The Marsala sauce was spot on, the chicken tender & juicy, the mushrooms a deep, luscious flavor. The service was impeccable, & the restaurant's atmosphere was as warm & inviting as I remembered.Romano's will be a regular stop on our lunch tours!
The host was very unfriendly when greeting me. I was sat at a table where the tablecloth was falling off and underneath was dirty with food debris and crumbs. I asked the host to move us to another table in which he rudely did. However, the new table was in the same condition. We decided at this point to cut our losses and go to the Chilis across the parking lot. On the way out, the manager asked if everything was alright, and I informed him of our issues. To his credit, he asked if there was anything he could do to save our experience, and I said at this time it was too late.
A very underwhelming experience sums up this dinner. The food was good but service needs some serious improvement. The manager was friendly and helpful but our main server was not. It took him a while to get to our table and it was a very slow Saturday night. Once he was there, another server came up and started talking to him about non work related matters and that seemed very unprofessional. Drinks sat empty for quite some time. Quite honestly felt like more of an inconvenience rather than a guest.

Honestly, would had been great but for the fact that the staff was to busy talking the whole time about random personal stuff. We didn't feel like our time meant. Never got asked about more water. Our food initially taken to the wrong table. I didn't give a tip and on the way out the door, it seems she told coworker that I did leave a tip cause a loud a "Really" across the dinning room.

Pros and cons here. We've been coming to this location for over 20 years. We slowly stopped over the years. Today when we got there, I was surprised on how empty the parking lot was. I had made a reservation because I know showing up with a bigger party is a hassle for the staff. Waitress was helpful when we told her we were short 3 chairs. Even though, I made the reservation for us all. She was super on top of it. Brought us all waters fairly quick. Asking if we'd like anything else to drink. We had barely sat down. We got settled. She came back and asked again. So a handful of us asked for drinks. She's laughing it off about ok well I just asked you guys this. Ordered appetizers and our main dishes. She was really frustrated and overwhelmed by a larger party. We felt the restaurant had only a handful of tables there. She could have definitely had and used help. We had to ask for things a few times and even things she forgot. I gave up at that point. With the restaurant not being busy at all, there should have been no reason for her to not have had some help. Several people at the table said if she made one more comment, we'd all walk out even though we had ordered. Or just ask for a different server. I will recommend the chicken parmesan and the chicken scaloppine. It seems wherever we go, no matter where my husbands food is last or forgotten. This is something we're just used to by now. I only had a few bites of mine, just wasn't very good. So would I go back? No. Would I recommend it? Not really.
