This was one of the most amazing dinner experiences I've personally had. My boyfriend took me here for my birthday dinner & the food, drinks & show were beyond my expectations. I had the beef Wellington which was delicious but I ended up wishing I had got the pasta after tasting his food. The brioche rolls were far from your run of the mill dinner rolls served at most restaurants, they were extraordinarily decadent. The caviar taco was tiny yet full of flavor. We had amazing service & were seated directly by the stage, it was an amazing birthday.

Rose. Rabbit. Lie. Is a fantastic restaurant bar with a unique entertainment and amazing food and drinks. It's a hidden gem at the Cosmopolitan Casino

Sat at the bar dining solo over NYE weekend. Matthew was warm and welcoming. He gave me two fabulous suggestions. The beef wellington was a true work of art.

Went on 12/30/2020. I'm pretty sure it's because of the pandemic and the limit to 25% occupancy but the amount of live entertainment during the dinner was minimal. A bit over rated.

Went here last night and everything was amazing! What we ordered: - Paper Planes - fruity/sweet bourbon drink that comes in a flask that you get to keep - Crab Louie - Roasted chicken - Mint and dutch chocolate ice cream bar The food was excellent -- loved the crab cake and roll, the chicken was cooked perfectly, and the ice cream bar with the fruit on top was a nice way to end the evening. To be honest, I came mostly to see my friend, the tap dancer, perform. The live music and all of the performances were great! I loved how they utilized the space and sang and danced on the different stages so the whole restaurant could see. Also want to note that our server, Chandler, was wonderful! He was very kind, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. Thank you for an awesome night and incredible experience!

Soooo good. I went to Vegas on a solo trip and I love romping around in the Cosmo. I came for happy hour and I still can taste the lobster fritter nearly two months later. They've got another side for dinner that I would love to check out during another visit. Their staff were friendly and personable and that's all I could ever really ask for.

Do you like great food, drinks and entertainment all bundled into one setting? If so this is the place to go. Enjoy an amazing Old Fashioned, great steak and take in the lounge singing vibe at Rose.Rabbit.Lie. The service is great and take the time to answer your questions on all the interesting dishes. There are options for vegans and vegetarians. This place is not cheap but I do think the quality of food, service and entertainment make it a fair price in comparison to other spots on the main strip. I've been here twice and plan on coming back again.

Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Decor & Style: 5/5 Yet another all around 5/5 Vegas establishment. This one may be my favorite of them all not just because of the amazing food, but because they play live music and it's mostly modern, yet Crooner style music, my favorite! There is dancing/singing, performances going on stage while you're enjoying excellent food. I ordered the Tasting Menu which came with 9 dishes. My favorites were the Beef Wellington, Butternut Squash Pastrami, Sea Bass Taco, & Mashed Potatoes however there was not a single dish I didn't like. See the pictures and the menu for details. 100% I am returning here next time I am in Vegas! (Reserve early).

Overally this place is a fun environment, pretty decent food, and an underground feel of performances that is unique. However our server Patrick seemed a bit rude and we felt unwelcome with his demeanor. Overall however I would come back but would request a different server. Also this place doesn't address COVID protocols as tables are very close together. //CONTEXT// I came as a party of three and she made a reservation. This was during COVID times. //ENVIRONMENT// This place has the cutest speakeasy vibes - it feels like a little bubble with Alice in Wonderland themed decor. Everything from utensils and lighting is gorgeous, fun, and really puts you in a good mood. Seats were however very close to each other and not 6 feet apart. //FOOD// Beef tartare - I loved this dish! This was one of my favorites. I love the crisp that comes with it - more refreshing than others. Caviar tacos - delicious! Had a truffle like marinade to it maybe. Bone marrow with tamarind/meat - I did not like this dish because the beef on top of it took away from the bone marrow, and the bone marrow was not seasoned well. Duck confit pasta - this was just okay. The pasta wasn't cooked too well for me, and the duck was overly salty. //ENTERTAINMENT// We loved the entertainment! It has a basement like, underground feel but it was terrific. We saw a singer transition to a tap dancer dancing to jazz music and beat boxing. Super cool! //PRICE// Overall price with entertainment and environment I didn't think was terrible overpriced. The caviar tacos was definitely pricier but for good reason. //SERVICE// Our party felt our server Patrick missed the mark. To be quite honest we were indecisive, but everytime he came to check he would scoff. When we were deciding what to order, he kept upselling us to order more saying what he recommended is a completely well-rounded meal without even asking us. He made comments on how petite we were based on what we could eat which I found off-putting. The entire night he seemed disinterested. I would recommend a different server if I came here again. //OVERALL// I really liked this place other than the service. I would come back based on the environment, pretty good food and entertainment.

Really fun restaurant especially during these COVID times where shows and entertainment aren't really open. There's a new act or musical performance at the top of every hour which was really entertaining. Herb Brioche Buns (3/5): people were raving about this in reviews but I thought it was pretty average. Steak Tartare (5/5): really yummy, great appetizer. Caviar Tacos (5/5): this is a must order! Bone Marrow (2/5): the beef on top was too overpowering with the sweet and sour flavor, couldn't really appreciate the bone marrow itself. Duck Confit Pasta (3/5): this was good but the duck was way too salty. Overall we had a great time dining and watching the shows. The only thing that dampened our experience was that our server Patrick had a really bad attitude throughout the whole meal and made us feel uncomfortable. We felt pressured to order more food and he seemed annoyed that we weren't racking up a high bill. Also they're not doing social distancing at all, restaurant was at 100% capacity.

This place surpassed by expectations. Came here for a post-dinner drink and entertainment and it was wonderful. To sit at a booth with a reservation there is a minimum spend of $75/person from what I was told at the front. However, you can sit at the bar and order drinks as you wish with no minimum spend. My husband and I came here and ordered a Birds and the Bees and a Theatre of the Mind drink. The drinks and entertainment were fantastic. During COVID times, we could take off our mask once sitting down at the bar and enjoy ourselves. There was a good variety in the show-from tap dancing, to singing, to dancing/acrobatics. Due to the closure of Las Vegas shows and lots of entertainment venues, this is as close as you can get to enjoying live entertainment in a socially-distanced setting. I thoroughly enjoyed myself! Definitely recommend this place for a drink and a small show. The show runs for about 25-30 mins every hour. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We had the Halloween Experience menu and the food was very delicious. The mixologist made exception drinks. All the live entertainment was on point. We will be back when we return to Vegas.
