They have some really weird flavors. Not my thing but the regular ice cream is as pretty good.

Very friendly staff & all the ice cream tasted like the items that were said to be in it. Not happy about the pay-to-park at the greater complex but Salt & Straw was good.

We were very underwhelmed by this place, and not a fan of the un-organization of their line system. When we walked in, it took us close to 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us because of how crazy everyone asking for free samples was. It was ridiculous. And there were maybe 10 people inside, and 5 working behind the counter. How that translates to such a long wait is beyond me lol. When we got our ice cream(cinnamon snickerdoodle and malted cookie dough), it was just OK. The pure sweetness of snickerdoodle was lacking, and the malt powder in the cookie dough was kind of overwhelming. I was expecting to be blown away for the price of $9/cone, and it was C average ice cream. The whole unCommons area has A LOT of kinks to work out before they can compete with DT Summerlin, Town Square, or even GVR.

Excellent ice cream but the reason for my bad review today is that it’s closed at 9.40pm it doesn’t let me know. In their networks

Wow, I've been looking for a place to finally dethrone Sorry Not Sorry, and Salt & Straw is it.The flavors range from classic with their Freckled Mint Chip, cookie dough, and chocolate brownie, but then they hit you with the unique tastes of pear and blue cheese combined. There are fun cereal flavors for the kids and kids at heart, but honestly, I tasted more flavors than I can count, and they were all delicious.I landed on the chocolate gooey brownie because I was in a rich chocolate mood, and the waffle cone was the perfect compliment. There's also pints to go and merchandise. I got the three pack of lapel pins!Parking: There is a parking garage and street parking for Uncommons.Kid-friendliness: Easy to follow lines and service, so it makes bringing kids a breeze.

Lots of unique flavors. My daughter is a real ice cream expert and she thought it was great.Parking: Parking is free in the local multi storey garage for 2 hours but makes it a pain to just stop by for ice cream.

The best ice cream the best service in a new perfect location. Lots of parking, great vibes and lots of smiles. 10/10 for letting us sample most of the flavors. I mean we wanted to try all of it but we were being considerate and we're not FAT lol. We went there on a Monday around 4pm and NO LINE! And offering a Pupcup for our little chihuahua was the icing on the ice cream. Don't forget to tip!!

Salt and hair should be the name. Found some hair in my ice cream..they gave me a refund but won't be back.. 2 stars cause I was a fan before.

Salt & Straw has excellent ice cream and excellent customer service. I hadn't been to Salt & Straw since living in the NW about 10 years ago. How exciting to have them open up in Las Vegas. I've been in twice now to grab ice cream after eating at restaurants in The Uncommons. The employees are really friendly and welcoming. They encourage sampling the ice creams. There is a convenient little chute to return sample spoons built into the counter. This location doesn't offer seating. It's built for a long line which I'm sure happens on weekends. They don't have seating, but there is some common seating outside. That would be available in the evenings when some other businesses are closed. Everything is available in pints to take home too. Salt & Straw is known for unique flavors. I would add that it has a quality taste as well. My favorite flavor here is the strawberry balsamic black pepper ice cream. Using flavor enhancers like balsamic and black pepper in a strawberry ice cream sends it over the top. You have to at least try this! The Arbequina Olive Oil is so smooth and yummy. Olive oil lovers will enjoy this one. Lavender honey is tasty without allowed the lavender to overtake the flavors. All of their ice cream is rich and creamy. Seasonal flavors help mix up their selections. Foodies will really enjoy this unique ice cream shop!

Took our grandson for ice cream and the ice cream was really good. The person that waited on us was excellent. He was courteous and patience while we made our decision and knew alot about all the flavors. Next time we go we will request the guy with the oogie boogie beanie that he wears . Great employee!

After many trips to the Uncommons previously, I never knew about this place until my dear nursing best friends brought it to my attention last night after dinner together so we decided to come here for dessert! It surely didn't disappoint and I absolutely love this place. The set up reminds me of Cold & Stone where the workers have their individual stations to take your order and makes the line go by faster. It was busy Sunday night we had came by but it was worth it! Their menu is different than most ice cream shops with unique flavors but it's so smooth and has the right consistency! The Uncommons is highly popular by Vegas locals to check out so add Salt & Straw to check out as well because it's definitely worth it. There's no seating inside but plenty outside and throughout the Uncommons area! I got the pleasure to get the Cinnamon Snickerdoodle and it reminded me of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal so I was hooked! The service is absolutely amazing and they'll greet you as you walk in and will let you try their flavors out before making your decision! Thank you to Salt & Straw, you'll be seeing me whenever I'm in the area again!!!!
