The Fabulous Phil Baker From The Fabulous Baker Boys On The Piano Is Always At Treat! The Food Is Incredible! Great Atmosphere! The Veal Picatta Is My Fav And The Cheese Torta Appetizer Is The Bomb!

Had a great server plus his assistant. Drinks came quickly, food was yummy and hot, and our table of 5 enjoyed it all. Definitely liked the lovely piano music and it was not loud so enjoyable to have conversation . We'll be back soon!

Since we discovered this restaurant several years ago it's become a regular during our visits to Vegas. They never disappoint us!!

This is the second time I've come to Salvatore's intending to order their seafood ravioli and both times ending up with something chosen from the specials menu. Specials here are not something that occur the same way each week. For a week, sometimes less, the chef has 3 dishes on the specials menu included in each regular menu. They don't repeat for perhaps 6 months or a year so that's why it deserves special attention. After looking at the specials, I ordered the following: Italian wedding soup, Maiale matura (pork loin on a bed on diced apple, currants, fennel, caramelized onion, and topped with a cider sauce. For dessert, I got the chef's pineapple cheesecake. After being seated, I was brought iced tea and their standard bread basket. I'd had the wedding soup before and liked to so much so I went with that again. It is very good. The pork loin was really special. The chopped apple and currants made this a delightful dish for winter. The pork was very tender. I was going to get a tartuffo for dessert but they were out so I went with the cheesecake. The thing I liked about this was that it was not standard cheesecake topped with pineapple. Rather, it was cheesecake that had pineapple flavoring infused in the soft filling. There was the slightest amount of crumb crust so it was very enjoyable pineapple flavored cheesecake. This is almost a five star review except for an odd service happening. When a runner brought my main course, instead of picking up the soup dish, he waited until I picked it up and held it until he placed the main course in its place and then took the soup dish from my hands. Very odd and there were several seconds that went by where he just stood there holding my main course plate. Salvatore's is definitely my favorite restaurant at the Suncoast and I'll return.

oh, my goodness! This was only my second visit in a year but service at this restaurant is still some of the worst! Went with a pre-reserved group of 24, sat at two lovely long tables. The server arrived and took drink orders...they were delivered a few minutes later and then everything went downhill! Dinner was ordered (each table had a different person taking the orders), our table ordered first and it took around 30 minutes for food to be delivered. Our other table...they hadn't been served by the time we all finished and cleared away! Server NEVER offered Parmasan cheese for the dinners (the other table had a bowl of shredded parm on their table, which nice upscale Italian restaurant doesn't shred the cheese on your dishes?) Server NEVER came back for more drinks, where we all waiting and waiting. After dinner the server NEVER came to see if we wanted coffee/dessert. And when we asked him about it he said he asked, not one at our table were ever asked or offered! And still, our other table wasn't served! There was also another group table behind us...when we all left the restaurant they were still waiting (and had ordered around when we got served!) And when we went to talk to the manager, we were told he was cooking in the kitchen! For a restaurant of this caliber this service is totally unacceptable, they should've comped EVERYONE for a drink/dessert/something! We will NEVER go to this restaurant again...there are hundreds of great Italian restaurants in Vegas...why give our business to one that doesn't seem to care?

3 words to describe our experience last night. SHAME ON YOU! Terribly disappointed with EVERY aspect of the service for our group! Food was very good, however if you do not make your patrons feel welcome and appreciated for being there, you are contradicting the price of your food! I will NOT be coming back.... 0 rating at best!

The food and service were fantastic! We were just a little disappointed with the ambiance. When we arrived, the restaurant was oddly quiet. There was no music in the background and the only sounds were people talking and cutlery clanking on plates. It was a little weird. The musician came in about 30 minutes after we arrived, which got rid of the awkward silence. You could definitely smell the smoke from the casino in the restaurant. Most casinos have great ventilation to prevent this from happening, but that wasn't the case at Salvatore's. Overall, great service and excellent food. Just wish the ambiance had been a little better.

First time for 2 of us & 2nd for other person in party. We tried the mixed steamed clams/mussels. The broth was so good we brought it home and used it for a 2nd pasta meal! The clams were excellent - the mussels were extra large, so rather "tough" but not as bad as some we have had elsewhere. We also shared a mixed bean vegetable, which was also excellent. Their tomato/caprese salad was just ok - the malt vinegar was too mild for our taste & the cheese did not have much flavor. The other person in our part had risotto, which she said was excellent & enough for a 2nd meal from leftovers. Their bread is also very good. Although their website says they are open until 10pm, they closed at 9pm the night we were there.

This amazing place has excellent food with a classic Las Vegas culture. We loved the menu , the decor and the timeless music of the 50s , 60s and beyond. Guitarist is as wonderful as the pianist. The option of sitting around the piano to have dessert (totally get the spumoni ) or a drink is genius!

Love to eat at Salvatore's we were a party of 6 celebrating our daughters birthday. Our server Joy was a delight and very attentive to our needs. The food was as always outstanding and plentiful. This was not our first time and will not be our last. My only down side was the noise level as the restaurant filled up with patrons it got hard to hear the piano player.

This is my to-go order. $20 for six tiny meatballs and one cup of soup maybe for the two bowls. Y'all need to Serve the same food to/go as you do in the restaurant because I'm paying the same price. Ugh I'm so disappointed everything we had was short.

We ate at Salvatore's at the Sun Coast Hotel and Casino this last weekend. We have eaten there many times but this was the first time the two of us sat in one of the booths. A new view of the restaurant from the booth, beautiful! We ordered a Baked Cheese Torta to share as our anti pasta, delicious!. The wife had Spaghetti with Meatballs (comes with salad) and I had the Chicken alla Parmigiana - both plates were up to Chef Chas. high standards. The ambiance and music from the piano contributed to a wonderful holiday experience.
