Cashier doesn't know how to count or take an order. Foods fine. Order online might save you the headache of getting overcharged. Make sure to grab your receipt.

Service is quick and the food never disappoints. I could eat here every day and never get bored. Staff is incredibly nice too. And it's quiet so it's a good place to have lunch at on a chill day. My favorite are the yakisoba noodle bowl with steak, the steak is amazing here!

We are customers for years food is excellent healthy always getting yakisoba bowls it's dark chicken and steak! Also have chicken egg roll baked not fried but pricey they only give you 1 roll before they gave you 2! All considered inflation prices are higher but at least you put healthy food into your body! My husband picks up our order So he gets good service! Only thing I must mention the girl who is taking orders not understanding English other than taking your order!

I work across the street and treat myself on days I'm skipping dinner. Love the small bowl with white meat, extra veggies, brown rice. The veggies are the star, always cooked to perfection and very fresh. Great food and service.

I remember when Samurai Sam's was really the place to eat, a great Teriyaki Bowl, the portions were large and abundante. Now, besides no flavor the portions shrunk. They give you no veggies, and the chicken breadt is so dry. But the prices have definitely gone up, unfortunately the food quality has gone way down! And the rice hard and old!Two ??

You be the judge. Is this worth $200??? 2 trays each of the chicken and steak. We ordered for 20 people and they just filled it up with vegetables underneath. What a scam

Place sucks and overcharge's for okay at best food. They also accuse their customers of not paying all the time. Awful

Food was bland and not as pictured (did not contain all the vegetables that were pictured), salad was not fresh (lettuce had browned), portions were too small and food was too expensive, restaurant was uncomfortably warm so it was not enjoyable to dine in. We will not be back.

Great food awesome lunch deal. Strawberry banana smoothie is delicious. Good service and vibes

Use to be a great dining spot. Unfortunately, when you raise prices an average of $2 more per dish, you will lose customers. I see more rice and less protein ratio after the price hike. There are better selections nearby for the same price with better quality offerings.

I always get the spicy steak bowl- the sauce is so good, the steak is high quality, I could live off of it. Love this place!
