I came here for dinner. I ate baked ziti. It was terrible. It was old. It's cheese was nasty. That's why, i had diarrhoea. I dont know what kind of cheese do u use in store. I also ate pizza long time ago, pizza's cheese was smelling really bad. The only good is security guy in store. He is so nice and kind person. I will never ever come this store again!!!

I love Sbarro pizza, but the customer service at 4501 Paradise Rd was not pleasant. On 3/18/2024 we went to get pizza, we were not greeted, the two people working that night did not want to make eye contact and when asked questions replied idk. 0 customer service. But! Let me add I am a person of color and we received no customer service let alone even a hello. But then a white guy came in after us and he received the biggest hello and received awesome customer service. Sbarro pizza is great! But some of the current staff at this particular location need to learn better people skills or get a job where they don't have to interact with people. Or get a job somewhere like a golf course or work as a timeshare representative. Something where they will mostly interact with other people that look more like them. I'm not mad at a person that works at a pizza place lol I'm just saying that I love this place and it needs better personnel at this particular location. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk! ?
A chain fast food restaurant that you can't easily miss (next to 7-11). The store has friendly security and free parking. The food is delicious, the service is friendly (and there's no pressure to tip) and vegetarians still have the option of pizza, Stromboli, baked potatoes, tomato pasta (not sure if the sauce contains animal ingredients) and salads. If you are a cheese lover, then you may be like me and have a hard time resisting the Italian volcano bread that oozes mozzarella cheese before and after you bite into it!Vegetarian options: There are some "vegetarian" meal options. This is not a store that specializes in selling vegetarian food. The store staff may come into contact with meat products when handling different foods.Parking: Parking is for consumers only, but there is no verification mechanism

Way Way Way overpriced menu. Joe's NY pizza across the street isn't much better.
The cashier was so nice and patient with my questions and the food was very good! Came in clutch late night. The garden salad was super fresh and the 4 cheese white pizza was the best! The meat Stromboli was very good also. Strawberry lemonade washed it down really well!

It’s only going to be a matter of time before someone gets sick if someone already hasn’t. Food preparation is horrible and NOT FRESH. How difficult is it to KEEP FRESH items.Your Macaroni looks like oatmeal after you stir it for a half a day instead of tossing out the old stuff and replacing it with fresh macaroni…even if it’s not selling. I come out of convenience not desperation. I want fresh items each time. They keep it fresh inside the MGM food courts. So should this location. And last but definitely not least… tell the food handler it’s completely disgusting to remove food stuck at the bottom of your shoe in front of people waiting to order. Had he not made eye contact with me he would’ve neglected to wash his hands. I’m never returning to this location ever again. The best thing you have to offer is a kind security guard that opens the door for you. The rest of the staff should be replaced ASAP. RUN CAMERAS BACK TO SEE YOUR COOK. 7:10 - 7:40 PM Jan 13…disgusting. You have a great brand and a great location but your staff is of very poor quality. UBER AND LYFT DRIVERS STAY AWAY
