Our first meal in town last Thursday was at Scarpetta. Our friends suggested it and love love this place. After our dinner, I understand why. Cheers to the ambiance. The stunning view of Bellagio's fountain sets the mood. There's no doubt what town you're in. Tasteful decor and friendly, helpful service create a casual elegance that started comfortable and felt downright cozy by meal's end. Even as the place filled up, the room was serene and the view inspiring. Our server felt like a friend. I kept it simple and my reward was the nicest plate of spaghetti with meatballs I've had in ages. Simple dishes urge perfection and this was well on its way with thick spaghetti cooked al dente, substantial and tasty sauce, and meatballs that melted in my mouth. Five diners, five great dishes. We were too stuffed for dessert. Four stars. I'd be happy to dine here again.

We were there for my son's 24th bday with a rather large party (8 total). They went above & beyond by seating us at the Chef's table, with the most amazing, if not best view in the house. Food, as always superb, & service was amazing as always. Favorite Italian restaurant on the strip!!!

This was hands down the best meal I’ve had in Las Vegas. The service was top notch, the view incredible, and food was delicious. Will be back any time we are in town.

After 16 years together, my partner and I decided to fly down from Seattle to elope and make things official. We went to Scarpetta for the first time for our celebratory meal. Food: Delicious. We enjoyed the complimentary bread, calamari, grilled asparagus, spaghetti and meatballs, squid ink pasta with lobster, and tiramisu. My partner (wife =) is from the East Coast and picky about Italian food; she was happy with it all. I love squid ink pasta with seafood, and this was one of the best versions (and overall dishes) that I've had. Ambience: It wasn't too crowded or noisy inside the restaurant. They sat us at the window, so we were able to watch the fountain at the Bellagio. Service: Everyone was sweet about congratulating us. The head chef even came out to greet us. (Now I wish we had thought to ask for a picture with him.) It was a great experience. Thank you to the staff at Scarpetta for treating us so well on our special day!

Scarpetta has been a staple for me on my Vegas trips. Besides the elegant atmosphere and the Bellagio fountain view, if you book early enough to get a seating with such view, their pasta is just one of the best out there imo. I ordered the agnolotti this time. The brown butter and the horseradish adds a hint of rich, almost caramel flavor to it. Their prosciutto plate is deceptively hearty. Service was attentive and befitting of that of an upscale restaurant on the strip. My 6th visit here and won’t be my last

The attention to detail & anticipation of needs of the customer at Scarpetta is second to none. The food was delicious & the server/server assistant & sommelier really made this an amazing experience. I whole heartedly recommend this restaurant.

This place was absolutely amazing service was top notch food and presentation excellent and perfect. No better way to celebrate a special occasion with Family and Friends . Everything tasted so delicious I enjoyed the ribeye and carrots along with the best bread ever. Like I said special occasion so it's a little on the high side but well worth it to look out the window and see the fountains at Bellagio along with the strip. Classy so do dress to impress.

Great service and good food. The view was nice and the conversations with staff were always upbeat! My feedback however would be to have a list of the cheeses the cheese tray comes with.

Highly recommend eating dinner here. The espresso martini and Devita cocktails were great. For food, we got the agnolotti and the rib eye special which were both delicious. The glazed carrots were great but the fingerling potatoes weren't that good. Lastly, the limoncello cheesecake was amazing!

I came to Scarletta on the 17th and I was wowed by the bread so much that I had 2 baskets ... everyone was so nice I ordered a salad drinks scallops dessert etc ... it was the first time; I'm a regular in Vegas for work a platinum member so when I came back tonight I knew the one thing I wanted was the bread ... ... bartender Nicole ruined my experience I say down and when she asked me what I want I said I know I want the bread for sure the rest I'll figure out ... as more than 10 mins went by the other bartender said I'll go check on her bread Nicole said why she hasn't ordered yet ... WoW hmm I said really that wasn't his it went got the lady next to me .... She said yeah it's an MGM thing ... I said no girl it's not... Nicole you ruined everything about scarpetta all over a basket of bread .... I guess I'll take my soup probably leave the bread

Located in Cosmopolitan third floor of restaurants and facing the Bellagio fountains. Italian cuisine and service was great. Had the champagne king crab risotto and risotto was not cooked thoroughly as we kept crunching on rice kernels. The flavors were there and some crab and herbs. The caprese salad was delicious and very light with soft creamy mozzarella between tomato slices and balsamic so refreshing!! Tirimisu was delicious with a spoonful of chocolate gelato topping with chocolate shortbread cookie. It was very nice dinner despite the undercooked risotto. The bread basket is addicting!
