One of my absolute FAVORITE restaurants here in Henderson. Truly a delicious gem. This time I opted for the dan-dan noodles with knife-cut noodles instead of my usual delicious pork belly noodles! I think it's worth the mention that the portion size for this dish alone could feed 2 people! Spicy, a little sweet, and perfectly chewy-- does it beat the pork belly noodles? Debatable. My partner and I decided to celebrate their birthday in Vegas, and after stumbling upon Shang Mian on Instagram Reels and TikTok, we were eager to try their renowned beef noodle soup. Shang is my favorite soup noodle place in town, and this secondary location is even better as it will assuredly have a lesser wait than their Flamingo location. One big con is that this location only offers thin or knife-shaved noodles, and lacks the option to order hand pulled noodle.
