In all of the Boba Tea that I tried this is the WORST IN SERVICE! You see the menu board with sugar level and ice level in most of them and Share-tea is Share-Ice! I went to this particular location 3x and the 3rd time AGAIN, I requested less ice and they did not follow. I asked the staff if the tea he was making is mine and he said yes. I told him I requested less ice. He then told me, that's the recipe. I said, I requested less Ice. He then raised his voice at me saying, I cannot adjust the recipe for you and increase the tea. I then quickly said, why do you even suggest level of sugar/sweetness and ice (which is on their menu board) when you won't even do it? Then he showed me his disgusted face and started to remove the seal from my drink and told me in a loud voice, tell me how much ice do you want me to remove. I asked him, are you yelling at me and he quickly said No that's my natural voice, if I remove the ice I cannot add more tea on this. (Still yelling at me) I was so shocked on his attitude. I told him, NEVER MIND! Give me back my money. I asked his name and he gladly said "Bobby". They gave me back my money without the tip that I gave when I paid. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO SHARETEA. BAD SERVICE AND don't even request for less tea bcz they will still put a big heaping scoop of ice to fill the cup. There is FAR MUCH BETTER IN TASTE, QUALITY, AND EXCELLENT SERVICE LIKE SUNRIGHT TEA STUDIO AND BREW TEA BAR!

Three months later and this place is still my favorite place ever and I go here (or order delivery) every single day. The people here feel like family! Great taste, great customer service, and personal touches (they all know my order at this point) that always make my day. I love the notes with delivery orders and wish I could respond. Basically, they've won customer loyalty for life and hire amazing people!

ShareTea has become my go-to spot for boba in the last few days, particularly for their house milk tea with. It consistently hits the mark, delivering precisely what I crave. Despite my evening visits near closing time, the service is prompt and the staff is always ready to serve. I appreciate their efficiency, and even as I leave, they seamlessly assist new customers who walk in. ShareTea seems to have captured that elusive taste I seek in milk tea, setting it apart from other boba places I enjoy. It's my top choice for a satisfying boba fix.

Make sure you ask for LIGHT ice. After tax my drink was about $6.50. As I watched them pour my drink I saw them pour only about a third of my cup with actual milk tea.... The boba on the bottom makes it fill half way and all the rest was ice. Keep in mind the bottom half of the cup is smaller than the top half. $6.50 for 2/3 cup of ice is not good business. Milk tea tastes fine, boba is good... but the value is terrible.

We've been buying from this particular store for years and this is the first time I got denied a glass of water. This type of personality shouldn't be facing customers. He didn't even greet us when we enter the store. This is bad for business unless he owns the store.
We regularly stop by on the way home from school pickup and I always get the same drink. I used to get 75% sweetness, then started needing to get it at 100% because it was lacking taste. The last 3 times, the 100% sweetness has barely a taste, like they are skimping on a the powder. Disappointed and will find a new place.

I love this place. Super close and convenient to home and they're open fairly late. It's never crowded in here and they are super fast making your drink. I am obsessed with the tiger milk tea, I just wish I could get it in a larger size! The boba also always has tasted fresh and has a good flavor

Update: Went back again just to see if things changed, and it's the same lackluster service. Just a bunch of kids who don't care. No one bothered to say hi. The workers at Teaspoon are so much nicer. The tea itself was subpar.--2 awkward teens working there didn't bother to greet me, but greeted the guy after me, and then ignored the next guy. Makes me question how the owner would think to let 2 incapable teens run the store. The reviews are telling. The tea itself isn't great, and the other nearby boba shops are much more worth the time and cost.

I was craving a boba tea last week, and this was the closest shop to my work. I wanted a taro tea, no boba. Now I am a bit of a taro snob,the more purple, the better, lol. This place was okay. Only one size drink which kind of stinks because I always get smalls. The place is cute. Tons of fan made post-it note art on the wall. I definitely tasted way more milk than taro. Overall, it was okay, but the number of boba places in the valley,it's worth your value to find a place you like. The staff was very nice, though.
