The food was good. Loved the small portions so I could eat more. Loved all the meat, but the ribeye was the best. Be sure to try the BBQ LA GALBI. Service was great once it got started, but there is a bell on the table if you need anything.

Bbq+sushi+ramen? What else could you ask for! We enjoyed this place a lot! The meat quality was good and the sushi were surprisingly tasty! We liked how they proportioned the rice on the sushi so you don’t easily get stuffed. The pork belly was our favorite !!!! My only dissatisfaction was that, we didn’t really get the rundown on how things work since it was our first time. We’ll be back for those pork bellies though!!!

They have excellent service. Wish it was easier to distinguish between the beef options. The beef options fall apart on the grill. Not used to this at Korean bbq places.

This place food is top of all bbq ngl. Highly recommend this place, as it's equally priced. The meat is cooked thru charcoal making it taste even better!

Our dined at Shin Yakiniku Japanese restaurant and had an exceptional experience. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, with a modern yet authentic Japanese decor. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the meal. the side dishes and appetizers were also outstanding. The variety of options offered something for everyone, from traditional Japanese dishes to more modern interpretations.

Delicious food, good meats etc but servers are overwhelmed and understaffed it seems. This place is great but sometimes u put a order in after waiting sooo long to try to track down an employee and the order never gets put in etc. we are giving this place one more chance because maybe they had a bad day understaffed randomly but if it turns out to be the same then we will give up on this place. It sucks waiting for so long to put an order of meats in, feels like ur wasting ur own time etc.

Service here is attentive but inexperienced. Too many people walking around that do not know what they are doing food options are good but too many rules and too many sorry we don't have that. Sauce options for dipping is strictly ponzu. Place could improve and be great.

First time experience! Arrived around 3:30 pm. We were seated along the perimeter of the large restaurant filled will grilling tables. We opted for the salt/garlic set of meats, vegetables, shrimp, and squid to grill. Additionally we got creamy corn, spicy tomato pasta, and cabbage salad. Kim chee isn't on the menu. I asked if they had any and our friendly server, Angie, said yes! We didn't get the additional sushi fare nor the included udon, ramen, or nabe. Just too much as it is! We got our favorite Korean beer, Cass! A variety of ice cream is offered for dessert! Yum! Our bellies were happy.

We decided to visit this location instead of our usual KBBQ place to see the difference. We went in an hour after it opened and it was partially empty probably 5 tables full so you would think you'd get fast service. That was not the case, although the servers were polite this place is different than other places as you don't get a designated server to take your orders, every time you press the call button someone new comes. The service was not the best, but could be better if they only had better organization and/or management on how to run the floor. We placed our first order with sushi and appetizers and only the bbq meat came out so we waited at first after even went for our second round and they only brought out one sushi roll. Until we finally asked about appetizers they said they'd check and they never came back to inform us until we called for assistance again and they said that it did come out but they probably gave it the table next to us. They apologized as he said the staff was new so we understood and he pushed the order and finally brought our appetizers. When it came to ordering meat the delivery was fast, but for sushi, appetizers and drinks it would take them long to bring. We were right next to the bar and it took them 20 minutes to bring us the drinks we ordered and we were staring at them too. At one point we were waiting on our chicken and sushi they said they ran out of chicken but they never informed us and for the sushi I guess it was the manager that came and brought it to us because we were complaining and joking among us about just going to pay since half our food never came out and ask for a discount. Maybe it was just one of those days and the service was bad, but it they were better organized they'd have a better flow and not run around table to table. It's better to have a designated section per server than a whole bunch running around bringing food to the wrong tables. We noticed that the female waitresses only did drinks and check out people and would occasionally come and take our empty plates if the guys didn't pick them up. For some reason it feels as if you take more time grilling your food here than other places. The "grill" doesn't really have a high temp flame from what we saw. The food was amazing as it had 4 different flavors of marinate unfortunately the sushi for us was a no. The meat portions were smaller and had a smaller selection of meat. Half of the sushi options have spicy tuna and personally we're not a fan of that so that's why the sushi upgrade wasn't really worth it. We ordered the half servings (4 pcs) we ordered like 7 different ones and only 4 came out and they didn't question or ask if we got everything. So personally the $15 extra we paid wasn't worth it since it's $5 extra per person. Our mom was a bit bummed that they didn't even offer a desert as other places do ( they do but it's not included with the food) It's funny how it is franchised as "Japanese bbq", but play K-pop (not that I'm complaining, they had a good playlist going on) but I was hoping for J-pop. Based on our experience, we would rate this place a 2.5 /5 Because the food was good, the place was unique, but just the service alone could have been better. And if we are being honest on our rating, this is the first barbecue place that we have not given a tip because We did not have a designated server out of the four people that attended us, and that we have told that we are missing our food all but one helped, but we just kept waiting, even for water, and we were right next to the bar and the person that we asked just kept passing and looking at us.

This place has a lot of potential! The food was delicious i recommend the creamy pasta and the corn cheese. The actual layout of the restaurant is very unique and set up well to socialize with friends. What I will say is that we ordered sushi and never got it so we asked to remove the up charge which they did comply. I will say the meat portions are very small for a group setting maybe it wouldn't be so bad if it was two people but i would ask for multiple orders at once so you're not stuck waiting. It was also hard to track down our waiter at times so we really only got to get a couple of orders in. The wait staff were friendly and polite and the waiter seemed like a nice kid. Like I said lots of potential once they workout the kinks with the uprise in popularity and staff accordingly!

First time here and our experience was terrible... We went at 5 pm, right when it opened. We were seated right away, the menu was explained to us. We placed our order and they were out of meats already, no kalbi, no beef carpaccio. We ordered 1 of everything in the garlic salt category, the meat quality was the worst quality I've ever had. The meat were super fattening, chewy, and rubbery. It didn't matter how it was cooked, medium rare? Rubbery. Medium well? Chewy. They also forgot our hotpot that we ordered, and service was super slow, there were about 8 to 10 tables, had 2 waiters taking orders and about 5 people bringing food... The task ratio was bad, food would come out quick, but takes forever to put the order in due to low number of workers. The good part, the chicken wing were delicious, we tried both pasta, spicy and creamy, both really good. The oyster tempura was also not too bad. The best thing I had was the appetizer for sure. I kept re ordering them over actual meats... Which should've been the star at a JBBQ. We also checked in for the BOGO drink deal, which they didn't honor until we caught it on the bill. The lights were flicking ALL night, gave us a headache trying to eat. The dessert ice cream tasted like... Very cheap ice cream... It was like eating flavored Styrofoam that wouldn't melt in your mouth. Overall my honest opinion would be a 2/10, I would never come here again. Also, their price was 27.99 on the website, but 29.99 at the restaurant, we felt scammed tbh. For the same price you can go to 888 and get meat with way better quality, and sushi.

Very nice, great service, great for family! Jacob was very helpful in the first visit to the restaurant. The ambiance is very nice and you get introduced with a very nice aroma when entering the fine establishment. The food was also great. Spicy items weren't too spicy and enjoyable. I will definitely return here with even more family in the future. They even spoke Spanish!
