We've eaten there several times and had a great experience. Last night our waitress was condescending and rude. It goes to show how important the interaction with the wait staff really is.

We had a great dinner, The Bone in Rib Eye was the best steak ever. Celebrated 4 birthdays and had a special crème Brûlée for birthday treat. The restaurant was beautiful, great waiter and excellent service.

Two of our steaks were not cooked to correct order. The waiter did make good on one of them. Our waiter forgot about us. We had to ask another waiter to find out waiter so we could pay.

We went for date night last night usually it's a amazing night but not last night. The waiter took our order for our drinks and food wasn't going to go over the specials I reminded him .then he brings us our bread basket and our pretzel bread was hard.the food came my husband's steak way over cook and we didn't want to say anything because we would have waited another 40 min for our food also my shrimp was cooked to long and cheewy. And it was really loud last night too .the food was way over priced for what we got .might not be back.

We celebrated my husband's birthday and had a pleasant dinner. The staff was very accommodating with our last minute change in party size and time. The food was exceptional and service was great.

Have been coming here for at least 12 years (minus Covid) when we visit Vegas and still love it. Food is delicious and service impeccable. They really treat you like someone special. We were shocked at the prices at other restaurants in Vegas this trip but Silverado's prices have remained consistent. I just wish we had a steakhouse like this where we live. Will definitely be back.

Very expensive but great to try while staying at South Point. If you like great cuts of steak, a nice salad, bread, and you want to use some of your South Point free wine bottle vouchers, this is the place for your dinner. Service is excellent and the steak melts in your mouth. The baked potato was also cooked perfectly. Definitely a place to try out if you in town for the bowling tournament or just at the hotel for vacation.

Silverado is the upper middle class restaurant in the SouthPoint convention space. It reminds me of the darkened steak places my grandparents would take me on my birthday as a kid. There were plenty of very obvious business and negotiation dinners going on. The menu is traditional steak offerings. We ate here twice during the recent PBX expo and honestly, if it hadn't been for the location of being onsite I could have skipped the experience all together. My steak came out without its sides, they attempted to fix it and then brought out under cooked asparagus with very little seasoning. I think the whiskey cocktails and the shrimp cocktail were among the most enjoyed items our party ordered. Food presentation and plating was lacking at the price point of service. I would have added photos but it literally was a steak on a plate with a linen napkin. I was able to secure last minute, later evening seating by calling the restaurant which was helpful given the fast pace of the expo.

Steaks were perfectly cooked and tender. Whisky creamed corn and bbq rib eye tacos were delicious. Deserts were ok, not great. Service was great until we were finished eating and we waited 30 minutes for our check.

Coordination of service teams is exceptional. Food is top quality and plentiful. I was served the largest scallops I've ever seen. Noise level is too high to be conducive to relaxed conversation, unless you are in one of the banquettes along the wall.

Silverado Steak House is--and always has been--our go-to steakhouse when searching for a nice restaurant to take our friends and out-of-town guests. It's an upscale steakhouse with a casual dress-code. You are just as likely to run into a rodeo contestant in cowboy boots as you are a couple dressed for a night at the theatre. Silverado just makes you comfortable while serving great food. The service is always impeccable. And why shouldn't it be? Our waiter has been there 12 years, and some waitstaff have been there over 20 years. They obviously enjoy what they do and know how to attend to their customers. We rated the food one notch below Outstanding, not because it wasn't scrumptious, but because they didn't have what we were anticipating. Their barbeque mac n cheese is no longer on the menu, having been replaced with a truffle mac n cheese. While delicious in its own right, it is not what we had hoped for. And the Sea Bass, which used to have a crusty panko-type coating, now came smothered in crab. Again, while an excellent dish on its own, it makes the Sea Bass "wetter" and not as good as the previous version. However, I must emphasize that those are personal opinions...next time we will just go back to steak, which is always excellent. Silverado offers a great value for the price. Will we return? Of course! It's one of our favorites.

Can't beat this place for the price. Where most other places are alacart, this place will give you salad, steak and a potatoe or vegtable for a resonable pricee. . Monica is back from maternity leave , it was nice to see her. also, we always ask for Monica and they have never failed to have her as our server.

Been going here for years. Always great. This visit the normal manager Gary wasn't there. Seemed chaotic this time. Very busy and seemed as if not enough help was available. Also my Drambui after dinner drink was served in a shot glass instead of a sniffer glass. Not happy as other visits. Will certainly try again due to numerous other pleasant visits.

Great steakhouse! I always get a fillet or the salmon, and both are seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. My husband loves the big pork chop on the bone. You can't go wrong here. It's a favorite of ours.
