Our first visit to Sinatra was perfect. Service was impeccable for our special event. Cris made sure to take care of us and everything was on point. The food was delicious all the way from the Carpaccio di Manzo, Veal Parmigiano and Lasagna Bolognese to the dessert and French press coffee. Highly recommend for anyone in Vegas celebrating a special occasion.

The Gaja Wine Retrospective dinner at Sinatra's was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the guests, the stories were truly memorable. Chef paired a food menu to the perfectly match the wide range of Piedmont wines (whites and reds) with great detail and excellent results. GREAT JOB! I will definitely be interested in attending similar events in the future. One final note to the staff who always put the guest and their service expectations first. YOU are the reason I continue to come back. Can't wait to return!

I made a reservation for 10pm, i got it at 10:04 and the waiter welcomed us with “where have you been” then proceeds to rush into our menu “ we need to get straight to the main dish theres not time for starters” they brought a half cooked paster and lobster I complained to Tim who attended to us with a ridiculously profiling attitude he said “ oh sorry about that” this was after he kept mentioning the price of the meal like we could not afford it. Its hurts soo bad because it was my husbands birthday ( reason we were in Vegas) and we had looked forward to that dinner experience..i would not recommended the 10pm reservation and Tim as the host.

I've never had better veal than Sinatra's!One of the most remarkable restaurants in Vegas, Sinatra is located in the Encore; not only due to its name but also for its well-known veal. At an attractive cost, the food is quite tasty and substantial. Like I said, the veal is a must! Its crust and meat are harmoniously cooked to perfection.Although it wasn't flawless, the service was decent. A few occasions, the server gave off the impression of being a little forceful when it came to ordering things (like a car salesman). Apart from that, the service was adequate. Although the setting is formal, it's not stuffy, therefore casual formal attire is advised. Sinatra music, of course, is always playing inside the restaurant at a great lower volume. Overall I would absolutely recommend Sinatra to anyone visiting Las vegas.

Our reservation was April 7, 2024. The service here is amazing! The waiters are very pleasant and courteous. We had the osso bucco and it was very good. The ambiance was perfect! This is the second time I have been to this restaurant and it does not disappoint!!!
