This is a spot where you order your food at the counter and pick either to enjoy it inside or outside the restaurant. The service was nice and not really busy which was great for me since i was on lunch. Food was delicious and full of flavor, The only reason i gave a four star is because the food is between cold and warm and not hot as if it was freshly made, but that can also explain why my order came out extremely fast.

The service is good and the place is clean, but in the last 6 months the food has been horrible. I will go to the Dean Martin or Summerlin location but not this one. I just had a sandwich on a wheat bun that must have had the package open for the last 3 days. It was so dry it crumbles when you touch it. They brought a second bun out for me to reassemble my own sandwich and it was not much better. So I pad $19 for a sandwich, side salad and water and could only eat the middle of the sandwich. Do t waste your time or money.

Always met with very indifferent and almost angry workers. I've been a regular customer for years so I always find it disappointing that I can count on a rude encounter with the staff here. Please do better!

i love this place with my whole heart. me and my husband come here all the time when i feel the gains catching up to me, especially after the sweaty gym, and i have no complaints. it's like running on a treadmill eating there food, and i am bello hadid. service was nice and skinny 2. the ambiance was aural.

After many years of coming, I had the privilege of meeting the owner. He is great - you can tell that his heart is still in it. Food quality is very good The only reason for the four stars is some of the staff, aside from the owner, of course, can be a little short, and just not really friendly. The menu is great! I like to eat on the healthier side as well as half of my kids. And the other half like a hearty meal so this is our go-to when we are undecided.
Really no gluten free options especially when the are out of their gluten free bread. Also a HUGE miss not having corn tortillas for their tacos!?Dietary restrictions: See above!

Any of the SkinnyFATS locations used to be my go-to. The Cherry Popper burger with the truffle fries with a beer (or two) used to be a guilty pleasure especially after a long week at work. I've been trying all of the locations in the past year or so because I'm still hopeful, but it just doesn't hit the same at all anymore. I suspect the pandemic has made it harder to make ends meet and to retain good staff. It seems like they've done away with the more premium ingredients which made some menu items really shine. Sometimes when I order the Cherry Popper, it doesn't even come on the Hawaiian roll, it'll be on a brioche bun. The fries used to be fantastic, but I think they've been using a different, cheaper parmesan cheese that makes it feel sticky and dry. I usually like to have a side of their jalapeño ketchup, but most of the time they don't have it anymore. My second go-to option was the Curry Be Happy which was an amazing curry dish with slow-braised short rib. This is no longer on the menu. You can try to customize your own curry dish adding steak, but it just does not compare to the flavor and quality of the Curry Be Happy. Consider me Curry Be Sad. The service can be very hit or miss. Some locations act like I'm bothering them when I would like to place an order or ask for a water cup. I do enjoy the ambiance of the murals as they were done by a childhood friend. I will say though that the bathrooms are usually a mess. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat in Vegas, but now the quality is just mid.

I actually had a great experience at this location. I hadn't been to a SkinnyFATS in years and am on a special diet of mostly protein and veggies so I initially asked for an item from an older menu that no longer exists. I had tried to order the Cluck-Moo which was basically just steak & eggs with some pico on it back in the day. The guy working the counter recommended a different menu item and said they could just customize it for me. I ordered a breakfast plate with eggs & bacon and added steak and then took off the cheese & avocado (allergy) and they were super chill about it. The steak was shredded and honestly delicious. Like I considered shredding my own steaks like that in the future. The bacon was a bit of a cheat for me but it was thick cut and cooked to perfection and delicious. Same with my eggs. Every aspect of my meal was delicious and tasted fresh. Reasonably priced, great service and delicious food.

They also have a plethora of craft beers to choose from with a lot of local brands as well. And the staff is usually very friendly as well. All around good casual spot to dine in at or take to go!
