I am on the fence with Sky chef. A fair amount of employees complain of the lack of workers. And being over worked. In fact they just just lost a few employees. Due to being over worked under paided and disrespected.The newer employees are being 'asked' to lighten the loads of the other workers. Even though they hardly been working long.
