We went twice to get some ice cream while we stayed at the Venetian! The ice cream was good, and the staff were friendly. The space is very small and felt pretty cramped when it was busy, but a fun atmosphere! My son’s favorite ice cream was the treasure chest - and it was super cute! We would go back again if we ever find ourselves in the area of Vegas.

the ice cream was delicious but the staff was incredibly rude. I was given the wrong order and I politely mentioned it was not the correct order but the worker had an attitude and refused to correct it. You would think for an overpriced ice cream the workers would at least have some manners?

This place is a fantastic dessert spot! Sloan's inside the Grand Canal Shoppes ?️ at The Venetian Resort ? Las Vegas ? has an endless selection of ice cream ?, sweets ?, chocolates ?, and more! Definitely go for their Caramel Apples ? - they look incredible ? and the store ? is beautifully decorated. ?️ I wish I knew about this place earlier!

i would give this place 0 stars if i could. i have tried a lot of ice cream and this place has some of the worst ive ever had. first of all the flavor selection is so limited and they pretty much only have sugary and chocolate flavors. the ice cream is also low quality and not worth the high price range at all. $20 for 3 scoops of sugary and artificial ice cream? no thank u. the shop was decorated really nicely and was cute and the service was pretty good but the food is terrible. pls do not go. also do not be fooled by the photos online because their ice creams in real life do not look that good. they show the ice cream with a ton of toppings and a tower of whipped cream but it actually looks like crap

Excellent home made ice cream, many unique flavors. I also got a caramel candied apple which was also excellent. The girl sliced the apple and put it in hard plastic packaging that can be opened and sealed as needed. Great service and great attitude. When I paid with Apple Pay, the screen showed gratuity options and the girl just bypassed the options and completed the sale. Wow! Because of this gesture, I wanted to leave her a big tip. I will be looking for Sloan's to get my ice cream, candied apples and other treats the next time I'm at the Venetian/Palazzo.

We were here on Sunday, the Christmas decorations are absolutely adorable! Some of my favorites were Tracy's Scrumptious Pretzel and Dulce de Leche, these flavors are definitely on the sweeter side but they also have flavors that are less sweet! Reyna was so kind enough to encourage our kids to try some flavors! They were a little hesitant at first but instantly fell in love with the Cookie Monster! I would definitely recommend coming here with your family. The staff is great and they're quick.
