The staff is great, but this restaurant is severely understaffed. There were only 2 people working. Maybe if you raised your wages you'd be able to hire more people instead of putting so much pressure on the few loyal staff you have left.

We waited over 45 minutes for our order. (Dine in) For a company that’s supposed to be fast food that’s a bit extreme. When we finally got our order the food was overcooked. The burger was burnt and the fries were too crispy to enjoy. I usually love smashburger but this location has let me down too many

Took about 30 mins even with empty lobby at first. Order was cold as I watched it come to the window. No brisket on the brisket burger. Staff upfront was nice and there is a sign saying it's understaffed but waste of money.

First time ever and it was a weird experience . Food took about 20 -25 mins to come out. When the food came out the fries were cold and the forgot an item on the order. I believe the food was cold as we watch the cook place one item up for grabs one by one . Do not recommend this locations waste of $52 for 5

The last few times I have been to this location, they have screwed up my order and had to remake it. By the time it actually gets corrected, the sides are cold. Tables are broken, no condiments or silverware on the tables or near the drink machine... Don;t bother.

I am completely disgusted by the customer service experience I had at this place, I ordered food and drove across the street and realized that my fries where cold and hard so I took them back to get fresh fries. Not knowing I could hear him the worker wearing a blue shirt and visor says " the fries where made 15 ago of course there going to be f***ing hard if I waited 15 mins to eat my fries they would be hard too ahole" after hearing him insult me and blame me for the food being cold I told him that I herd what he said and that it was not 15 minutes no apology was offered just a lost look on his face and I will not be returning to spend my hard earned money again.

We ordered 2 burgers, smash tots, fries and wings. Took them about 45 minutes to make the burger, fries and tots(which only came with about 10 tots). Took them about an hour to make the wings and fries. Customer service was good but the wait was just all bad. Altogether they need to close this location and be better. We overheard someone from the back ask a customer for a lighter. Guessing something was wrong with the stove in the back.

Max, the cashier seems to have a bias against black people. I noticed he was very nice to people who looked like him, but myself, a black woman was told that he could take my order after he made 4 more shakes. Not in between. I waited patiently for him to make one after the saw me come in and ask for permission to make the one... 8 minutes later and you're saying you have 4 more? Nah, let me speak to the manager. Naturally as I was explaining the situation to the manager several racist customers chimed in, chuckling at me mentioning the word racism then proceeded in behaving racist. The manager had no control over Max or the situation. I was racially insulted and she just wanted to get rid of me. She asked me what I wanted to do, I placed my order and once it was done I watched Max drop my onion rings on the raw counter top and it looked like he literally smashed my burger in the wrapper. I will be following up with corporate. All in all I wouldn't go here, these are bad people and the food is mediocre.

Dietary restrictions: My mom and I were surprised they had non-dairy shakes. Super yummy and not too sweet. We had the turkey burger and fries. Next time gonna try the black bean burgers and sweet potato fries.

This franchise ain't as good as others. I got 4 onion rigs for $3.39, that's almost 1 per dollar. And they were over cooked without any finding of onion. Burger buns were stale and lost their softness. Though the ingredients was fresh and tasty. Smash fries didn't have any truffle oil possibility unlike other locations.

My burger and tots were subpar at best. The service is the worst. She answered the phone and then I waited 10 mins to order 1 burger and 1 order of tots bc she was trying to find another order.. cruncheese is next door and way quicker
