Came out with my dad to get a quick bite to eat. When we had got there, someone was already at the front asking where their kid's fries were. We ordered our food and got it in about 10 mins, but we're met with cold fries and overcooked patties. I appreciate the kitchen staff for not trying to give me food poisoning but there's no need to burn the meat.

We came in and ordered sweet potato fries, Tater tots and Brussel sprouts and waited over 45 min. One guy there asked for his money back and left. It was an unacceptable wait time. They did not know how to run that kitchen.

New cook? The first oil of smash tots were very over done and they were served. Second set...The smash tots were way too oily! I moved my tots to the other side of my tray to see a pool of oil. I moved by tots again to a napkin and had another smaller pool of oil! I placed 4 napkins on the first oily side and my napkins were full of oil! I finally blotted each tot to get it so that I could not have too much oil. Another customer had the smash fries...he had to get some napkins to get the extra oil off of his. Usually the tots and fries are very good.

First time ever trying a Smashburger location and I couldn't have asked for a better first impression. I ordered through the app and went to pick it up. I Ordered the double Colorado Burger and sweet potato fries which were great. The employees there were very friendly and helpful. Will be going back whenever I have the opportunity.

I've been a Smashburger customer for many years, and yesterday was my worst experience ever! We ordered our food on the app and shortly after received a message it would be ready early. When we arrived at the restaurant, the place was full of angry customers waiting for their orders. Our order came out 40 minutes later. It was cold and wrong. We prepaid for two double turkey burgers, and they delivered two singles. The wrappers were cold to the touch. The counter attendant apologized and said they would redo our order. After a ten minute additional wait, we heard her say, "Do the reorder first." They hadn't even started to cook our burgers. This store frequently has problem, and we will not go back.
I ordered delivery for the first time from Smashburger. It was so disappointing. I ordered the regular smash burger with tots. The burger and tots were both cold, not packaged well for delivery. I ate a bit of each. The burger had no flavor and everything was completely soggy, The tots were so salty they weren't edible, even though I love salt. For the price, I would have been better off ordering from McDonalds or Burger King. Lesson learned.

Your staff refused to help us n not allowed us to order food because I had my dog holding in my hand. I was respectful n I had a friend with him. So technically you could take the order. I returned twice to ask for manager nobody was available. They were very disrespectful n I stood up to them. I told them no where on the site says no dogs no sign no dogs. They said it was the choice of manager. I asked multiple times for a business card or store number n they did not provide. They were so so childish unprofessionalWe just got to town from Arizona at 8:30 pm hungry on a Sunday night n getting treated like this by ur untrained unprofessional staff is absolutely unacceptable.I need to speak to someone higher up. Escalate this
