I swear this place never keeps the same stock of vitamins for a week they will have what I need then be out a week later forever then switch it's very annoying

Waited 10 minutes to receive help with getting baby formula. Press the button multiple times. Even went to the workers at the self checkout line to ask for some help. They told me they’ll send someone. Still waited.

THIS IS MY FAVORITE SMITHS! I KNOW EVERY EMPLOYEE IN ALL DEPARTMENTS. The Flowers are amazing! I get them fresh and my girls are always there for my flower needs for events etc. beautiful arrangements all the time!

Anna the deli clerk was yelling at a customer for no reason. It was crazy.UpdateI saw her at the deli counter today wished her a happy Thanksgiving and she started yelling and screaming and cursing and creating a scene she needs mental help.Anna Marie is not well.

In all the time I been going to this Smith's I never encounter an rude employee. But today Brandon who's collecting carts outside. Wouldnt give me a cart when he brings them up to the store. When I ask my back without on me today. Those extra steps on back pain ?. He stoodthere with he hands folded waiting like he was the cart police. Rude as man just rude.

This Employee Named David Is So Nice To Me And My Mom Everytime I See Him He Fist Bumps Me And My Mom. I Met Him In October 2022. When I First Met Him, My Mind Said "He's Really Cute!" He Has Pretty Blue Eyes! Then I Found Out It Was Contacts The Whole Time! On June 19th 2023 He Shook My Hand!!?? I Remember We Made Eye Contact When He Fist Bumped Me. I Also Remembered We Eye Contact And I Hid Behind My Mom. I Remembered He Walked Behind Me And My Mom And I Saw Him I Smiled At Him When He Walked By I Think That He Looked At Me And I Turned Away He Was Very Close To Me And He Fist Bumped Me! On Monday When My Mom Was Talking To Her Brother And I Saw Him Walking In And My Heart Was Pounding Really Fast I Kinda Saw Him Up Close!!???

I have been going to this Smith's since 2016 and it continues to go downhill. Selection is fine, but the wait is stupid. I came in on a Sunday morning to buy eggs and had to wait 15 minutes to check out. There was only one lane open and over half of the self check lanes were closed. With 2 other grocery stores within 1/4 mile, I would think that they would do something to fix their issues- but not so much. Guess I'll switch to Von's.

I always have trouble finding what I need there. Usually just a couple things though that I can find at any other grocery store. Just not one stop shopping. I find the customers rude there and the employees are ok, just there to do their job and not happy about it, it seems. I don’t go here unless I have to because it’s usually a waste of my time.
