Walking around first Friday in the downtown area, when I come across this food truck. The cook/cashier Gilim (sorry if I misspelled your name) was amazing. Went above and beyond explaining the menu and made a couple of recommendations. I was already stuffed with drinks and other food, but i could not resist trying something out for how good the food looked, so I grabbed one item and ended up with the Mac and cheese. I would tell you that mac and cheese was BOMB. The saltiness of the cheese, the sweet tangy flavor of the meat, and the spice from the jalapeño perfectly blend in my mouth. I enjoyed every bite. I will for sure hunt them down with an empty stomach the next time I come to first Friday because I would love to try their bbq sandwich.
